Customer's messages totally ignored.
Ordered a men's vest top on 9 Sept. size XL. Order confirmed as size L. I sent an e-mail immediately asking them to correct their error and send the XL size. However, size L has arrived and been invoiced and I have now sent three e-mails to this Company which remain unanswered. There is no phone number on their website, surprise, surprise! My advice - avoid using this Company. It is now 29th Sept still no response to my 3 in house e mails sent to this oufit on their own customer contact forms,except for a stupid e mail asking me to photograph the jumper in question.
Belive it or not they say there is no trace of my 3 e mails to them !!!!!
