First time bad experience.

I bought Pajar combat boots on Nov20 and was processed Nov21,2025. I am expecting it today, now its 11.35pm still nothing. Tracking the package is not giving me any updates. Waiting for nothing.

Your order was placed on November 20, 2025 at 9:40 PM and was shipped out from our store the next day on November 21, 2025 at 12:38 PM. Although the tracking page wasn’t showing updates on your end, the courier’s internal system shows the package was received and scanned later that day at 3:48 PM.

The order was placed with standard shipping, and during the busy holiday season this service can experience slower or delayed updates on the public tracking interface, even while the courier is actively processing the parcel behind the scenes. This can understandably make it feel like nothing is happening, even though the package is moving through their network.

We completely understand how concerning it can be when tracking doesn’t show progress, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. If your package still hasn’t arrived or the tracking remains unchanged, our team is here to help and can look into it further.

Amazing company. Great customer service and quick response time.

Not to mention there prices are great! Shipping time within Canada was very fast.

I got a pair of slides for leas than 120 when they are over 150 everywhere else. Def going to be shopping again
