The kitchen storage set feels stronger than expected. Keeps things organised and doesn’t wobble.

I strongly advise avoiding this company.

I received goods that were not as described and of poor quality, and immediately requested a full refund. This was ignored.

Instead, they sent a replacement I explicitly did not want, and then tried to force me to pay to return both parcels to China before issuing any refund.

They repeatedly:
• Refused to honour my legal right to a refund
• Offered only partial refunds (30–60%) instead
• Contradicted their own written confirmation of a full refund
• Attempted to rely on their “policy” instead of UK law

I have now escalated this via my bank and reported them to Citizens Advice.

If you are in a similar situation, do not accept a partial refund, request a chargeback through your bank and report them.

This has been unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.
Be very cautious before purchasing from this company.

Styled house is a con they make there money buy something you could buy from amazon for £20 they charged me£144.95 for there rip offs. Its just junk cheap rubish coming from china. When you try cancel when you find out there fake they ignore you. If it comes ignore say you dont want it . Dont be ripped off your bank will get your money back. They have cheek to email you saying its gona be delayed buy 3 days because we no were its coming from they say its high demand . Then say to you we will give you 20% off if you order something els while your waiting for first order dont order frlm these thiefs.

Terrible communication and customer service. Small print says order can be 8-18 days - I mean where the hell is it coming from?! This isn’t clear when place an order. Been 11 days so far and 3 emails stating my order is “nearly delivered”. No phone number, no replies for email complaint. Tracking number leads nowhere. AVOID

Delivery came quicker than expected even though it was free. Wasn’t in a rush but still appreciated it.

Installed the adjustable linear garage light over my workbench and it’s a proper upgrade. Being able to tilt the beams exactly where I need them makes a huge difference.

This company is a complete scam. They sent me a defective desk lamp that doesn't work and then refused to issue a refund! To make things worse, they expect me to pay to ship it all the way to china, even they claim to be based in the Netherlands.

It is a scam. I ordered 2 lights but received none. I asked for a refund and they told me
I should return the lights and to contact Evri, collect the
Lights and return it to them! When I said I wanted a refund , they offered. 20% discount to keep the items and no refund. Finally I realised the Evri tracking number didn’t even work! I’ve asked for a charge back from
My credit card company. Avoid!!!

BOGUS company. Order never arrived. Queries are answered with classic AI obfuscation. I am chagrined to have fallen for a scam.

Purchased a light, horrendous service after point of sale. Website doesn't detail delivery times and so called preparation times. It states item is in stock, i wouldn't expect it to take 8-18 days, i mean where is it coming from ?! Website is not transparent and customer service is poor! Definitely wont be buying from them again.

If there were a nil star reference then I would have selected it! Avoid at all costs… unless you want to wait for 2 months for items, which you only find out about after you have paid, non existent customer services, refusal to cancel and refund even though the despatched date is weeks away!

The items on the website do not in any way reflect what you are sold and then they refuse to refund or even pay for return shipping to china. The email trail was a relentless battle to get some recompense for an item that was so greatly differing that I was even hoping this got to court so that I could display the disparities. It is a scam of a website and unscrupulous customer services.

As per everyone else, you won't get the item you see online, you won't get a refund unless you post to China off your own expense, and your bank won't request a chargeback unless they see proof that you posted it. So no money is recoverable. The lamp is not even worthy of a charity shop, it's so crude it's offensive! It looked too good to be true and it was.

After months of only negative reviews, suddenly a few strange, positive reviews are coming up out of nowhere. I can only guess these are fake, scam reviews, just like the company. Listen to the negative reviews - they are scammers/fraudulent, who will take your money and run.

The kitchen looks completely different after putting up the rotatable ceiling rail light. I can angle the beams when I’m cooking which is honestly more useful than I expected. My partner installed it in about 15 minutes. Very happy with it so far.

The oversized knitted throw I ordered is unbelievably soft. I curl up with it every evening and it still hasn’t shed. The colour stayed true after washing too. Easily one of my favourite purchases recently.

Ordered some lights and checked the website for delivery timing. It said from Netherlands and about 8 days. We place an order and turns out it’s coming from china and the tracking estimates April delivery nearly 3 months away. We contact support who claim it will come earlier and they use different fulfilment centres. It seems like a scam to me. Also with free delivery from china - what quality will these items even be?! As surely the cost of the item must cover postage and taxes. They won’t refund and tried to stop a bad review. Will be returning urgently as doubt the lights are even safe. Terrible company misleading customers.

Exactly as other reveiwers say. Piss poor, shoddy, not what you order and you will never get your money back.

Ordered 2 gorgeous lamps from the Netherlands for Christmas presents only to discover they were being shipped from China. When they arrived after Christmas I was shocked to find they were not two gorgeous lamps but two cheap plastic badly made pieces of rubbish from China.
The items were obviously AI generated and bore no resemblance to what I purchased. Wish I could download pictures defo a scam company. Offered full refund but had to pay to ship them back to China!!!!!! Which wasn't worth the hassle. Mushroom Table Lamps don't buy them

Never buy from them again!! Avoid them. Incompetent - the worst customer service ever and completely misled about the returns service. It has actually cost more to return an item than it did to buy it!!
