I've ordered a few times and I'm so glad I did! Quality and price = top. My last order arrived with some damage but the customer service was great; replaced and delivered without any cost! I definitely recommend it.

Dishonest, unhelpful, and unwilling to do better
This company will forget to ship your items, argue with you about it for weeks, and then deliver to random places so that you can pay even more. We bought walls for our newly opening business. It took over 3 weeks and dozens of emails to get it. Originally they never sent half the order. Then argued with me for a week about the replacement. Then replacement is never sent or is lost and the CEO of the company did nothing but tell me to wait and see. She literally made up delivery times with no supporting documents, blamed DPD even though the system showed it was never sent, and complained to me about how she would have to burden costs to do the BARE MINIMUM. Meanwhile I am begging bc we are 6 days from trying to open with no walls. looking at losing thousands if we delay opening. She had no sympathy and when told about flaws in her system and staff, she told me it "it doesn't bring anything to argue where things went wrong." They will do this to you too. They saw no error on their side and basically told me to be thankful it came at all. My company is over extended, we invested literally days into the due diligence and logistics this company just refused to do. We had to pay bc the delivery driver drops packages at random places and DPD charges us for it. The cost us nothing but time, money,, and stress. The walls were great but I would literally jump in a canal before ever willingly dealing with these people again. Do not put your faith in them, they were dishonest, unhelpful, unsympathetic, and unwilling to consider for a second they could do better.

We as a company cannot see more information than you could see about tracking. DPD transport is unfortunately out of our hands. I understand your frustration about this.

Really expensive shipping cost within…
Really expensive shipping cost within the Netherlands even though the company is based there.

Why does it then cost 10.50 € no matter how many pannels i ordered. I had to place 2 orders. One with 30 pannels and one with 2 pannels. Both times shipping cost were 10,50€.

Dear Dominik,
For smaller products up to 31kilo's we use boxes which cost standard 10.50 euro.
Your first order, 30 panels and glue just fitted in 1 box. this is why the transport costs where the same.
For products above 31Kilo or products which need to be transported on a pallet transport costs are higher.
