Style Montreal Reviews 

Stay away from this company and their garbage products. They are a storefront for a Chinese company pedaling sub-standard products. To top it off, you have to ship your crappy product back to China, which will cost substantially more than what you paid for it in the first place. And for the record, you can guarantee the 5-star reviews are posted by the company, not actual customers!! This company, and all others like it, should not be allowed to get away with this.

Really like the feel of the bra. Had a small problem but they rectified it right away. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

I failed to order the correct size, which could not be exchanged. But I was offered two free bras if I left a good review. I think that's fair. will let you know more when I know more.

I ordered the Nava blouse in red, medium. Took a few weeks to receive, fits great! It's gorgeous, will wear for the upcoming holidays. It did arrive very wrinkled. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I was a bit wary ordering, after reading all of these poor reviews.

These bras are terrible. Poorly manufacture. Sizing is off with destored cups. It says it can be returned but they won't return. Save your self some time & money.

I ordered 2 bras for a trip (using the company’s chart sizing) weeks ahead of a trip. Though I had numerous messages saying my order was coming, it did not arrive until I was gone. I was away for 5 weeks and when I arrived back home I was sorely disappointed that the bras did not fit, not even close! I wrote to Style-Montreal.com and explained the above. They replied that since 30 days had passed , I was no longer entitled to a refund. I again contacted them, explaining that it had not been possible for me to return the product within 30 days as I hadn’t been home to receive their late delivery. Their reply was a cold “There is nothing I can do.”
Is this a one woman business? I am unhappy that my first (and now last) purchase was a waste of money. I have never had such a poor and cold response from a company. And can in no way recommend them.

Stay away. Not in Montreal.
Shipping takes forever.
Not what was ordered. It’s not a support bra is a piece of fabric.
No sizing inside garment and if you buy on the 1+1 free no way to return.

I cannot believe I was suckered in from a Facebook ad. The comments under it were, buy Canadian, ladies. Once you receive your shipping notification, you realize it is not from Montreal, but from China. My shipping experience was fine - I didn't wait too long, but the product went straight to the donation bin. The product is complete junk and they are robbing people charging these prices. It isn't worth fighting it. I've learned my lesson.kuc,

These are not Canadian products. The bras advertised constantly are absolute garbage and the sizing is way off. A large is actually about a small!
I won’t even try to return as I know the shipping will not be covered! Buyer beware once again!

I totally agree with the previous reviewer. The blouse I purchased was not as described in their size chart - 3" shorter than described and 2.5" smaller across the bust. Website says they're based in Montréal, QC. When you order, it says shipping is coming from Mississauga. If you have a problem with the item you ordered, you're instructed to send it to CHINA with tracking and customs service, which often costs more than the item itself. They offered a 10% refund to keep a blouse that's too small. This whole operation is a scam.

Bought two bras Went by the size chart
One of the bras fits ok but the other seemed too big. Didn’t have support and didn’t stay shaped. A shame as they were quite comfortable. I have the opportunity to replace the bras and looking forward to see how they fit.

I waited so long to receive my pk due to the mail strike…they were too big but Style Montreal was so accommodating…they are shipping two new bras to me…what a wonderful gesture….I will definitely shop there again & would recommend this site to everyone!

I used their sizing chart to order bras. The cups were so close together, no adult woman is built that way, and the band size was way too big. Would not allow return. Also, thought i was ordering from Canada and it came from China. Don't waste your money

I ordered 2 bras from Style Montreal.
After they were shipped Canada Post went on strike, customer service was very quick to respond to my emails about the delivery, even though they were unable to do anything about it.
They arrived today and the fabric is beautiful and soft. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size, my mistake but I will reorder in a larger size as the colours and fabric are amazing.

This store is misleading customers. They present themselves as a Canadian business offering high-quality products at fairly high prices, but in reality, the items are shipped from China. The quality is poor, the sizes don’t match the descriptions, and customers are expected to return items to China at their own expense.

In the end, you pay for what you believe is a quality product, but receive cheap goods instead. Please be careful and check before ordering.

The items I ordered did not arrive in the correct size. Customer service was prompt and courteous, making sure I received the size I ordered! Satisfied customer!
