It Was Our 40th Wedding Anniversary
It was our 40th wedding anniversary and I was running out of time and ideas. I stumbled onto Stunning Gift Store. I found two items, but one had to be made. I am not very good at computers, and having a hard time getting things right. Customer serves stepped in and did what needed to be done for me. Even though my goofs made it harder for them they smiled and corrected my problems. I could not believe how they bent over backwards to correct my mistakes and help me get exactly what I wanted. I also new I was running out of time to get it here in time for our anniversary. How I do not know, but Stunning Gift Store got it all here in time for the big day!!! truly exceptional customer service
I have a dear friend in another country who recently lost her faithful horse companion. I saw the lovely garden stones at stunninggift4u and wanted to have one made for her. Unfortunately, the country she lives in did not appear on the drop down list of EU countries that could be shipped to. These garden stones were so lovely though that I just couldn't get this gift idea out of my mind and certainly did not find a product anywhere near as nice anywhere else, so finally I just reached out to the customer support team to see if there was any possibility that they could ship to my friend's country. I honestly still can't believe what exceptional and deeply kind customer service I received! In order to accommodate the unusual shipping address, we had to complete the details of the order over email, rather than through the website. Nancy patiently worked with me through each and every step. She made certain that a mock up was provided for my approval and she sent me a secure means of making payment. She even provided me with tracking information once the gift shipped! Throughout our back and forth, Nancy was so deeply kind and was always sensitive to the fact that this was a bereavement gift. My friend received this gift in very good time and absolutely loved it! I seldom feel moved to write reviews, but this is one company that surely deserves high praise. I can attest to: beautiful quality of personalized item, careful packaging that allowed a garden stone to survive transatlantic shipping, very reasonable shipping cost, security of financial transaction, quick turnaround time throughout, and truly exceptional, warm customer service. I placed an order for my daughter's wedding photos in January and they have since sent it to the wrong address twice. I'm not sure how this happened when past orders have arrived successfully. Even though there policy is to receive a full refund when items haven't been delivered after 45 days, they still have not issued a refund.

The quality of the pictures on my blanket came out beautifully. A few of the pics I sent I thought were blurry & may not show well, but I was totally surprised how crisp and clear they appeared on the blanket. The ordering process was smooth and my order was received promptly and earlier than expected.
The team was responsive, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Their "consistent" communication regarding my order was outstanding!! They kept me informed during the entire process from initial order to delivery. "Gen" was particularly helpful and responsive.
