Absolute Intentional Scam!

We ordered $375 of Tupperware and got two small boxes of toy size plastic rubbish. A month after we did the order and hearing nothing we put a PayPal complaint in, we then got a notification stating it was posted, 2 weeks later we got the first box of rubbish. PayPal dispute lodged then they said there’s another box sent. Second box of rubbish received a few weeks later. Basically everything we ordered a tiny cheap item replicating it was sent. After a third PayPal complaint lodged we got a full refund.

I received my items, which came from China. None of the things were even close to what I ordered. As they were advertised with pictures as Tupperware it's false advertising.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RETAILER!!

Received a partial order cant get ahold of them but they took my money.
I have sent numerous emails bout ready timo turn them in to BBB

I received my product in the mail, but the box was damaged and one of the items in the box is broken and cracked, and I would like to send this back so I need an address if you could send it to me

Should have come here first! this is a complete scam. After waiting for over 60 days a tiny package arrived with items that I did not order. After contacting them they agreed to a refund i i pay for return shipping. Website says 'free returns within 60 days' which is why ! ordered from them.
This is a scam - do not waste your time or money.

Stay away from this place. What they show you isn’t what you get. Asked for refund and they come up with a 100 reasons why they can’t. Cheap crap is all you get and they even said after sending pictures that I didn’t get what I ordered.

I placed my order and constantly waiting for it to be delivered and finally after 8 weeks the first package came and it was nothing like I had ordered, completely all the wrong, cheap, dirty products. I then received the other package a week later and it was the same. It was completely wrong advertising, I didnt receive none of the items that I ordered. I demanded for my money to be refunded and of course they ignored that request. They should be banned as they are scam artists. Please be warned.

To begin...It is hard to even give one star...! I am trying hard to be nice and give the business a fair go but this company is not one to rely on. Shipping issues, products received not what is shown online. The quality of products is not worth the prices.I feel like I paid too much money. Disappointed.

I waited 6 weeks to receive the wrong items after I asked them repeatedly when was I getting my order. I will never trust them again as they advertise beautiful Tupperware items and send you rubbish. Very disappointed.

1 star is too high of a rating for this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I wish I would have known about this website to review them before I ordered. Took a month to get the junk they sent me, after 3 emails. Nothing was as pictured. They advertised Tupperware. Not even close. Cheap plastic, totally different items than what I ordered, wrong colors, wrong amounts of items. Ordered a 6 piece mini tumbler set - received one large cup with a lid and straw. Ordered set of 4 square plates- received 1 tiny oval plate. Advertised 60 day free returns; now they gave me the choice of I have to pay to send it back for a refund or they will give me back $6 whole dollars and I can keep this useless stuff. Trying to dispute with my cc company. I beg of you do not give these people anymore free money. You spend $100 to get $10 worth of trash.

I ordered a children’s round pull apart shape sorter toy and it has a picture of what you are ordering plus the cost which was $17:70 USD which is £13:00 in English money which is reasonable for what I thought I ordered and in stead I have been sent a cat shape ball with shapes and a bell inside worth I would say less than £5 I have wrote to them for a refund so let’s watch this space as this certainly doesn’t even match what I ordered.

I ordered a rice cooker and a pasta cooker in May. I got confirmation of the order but heard nothing more so I emailed them to query it, they advised the delay was due to the weather 😂 and sent a link to track it. The link clearly showed that the order was not dispatched until I sent the email chasing the order. I messaged them to make them aware that I knew they had forgotten my order. They replied saying they hadn’t and are all about customer service 😂😂 I finally got a delivery but it was only the rice cooker, I messaged them and they asked for a picture so I sent one. Nothing since despite numerous emails. I should have checked trust pilot. They are scammers avoid ordering from them. Poor customer service and yet again a Chinese company using an American name as a front.

NEVER AGAIN! I ordered some Tupperware products in May. I got an order confirmation and a shipment tracking number which is not working/ cannot find the shipment. I wrote three emails to their service address - never got an answer. It’s also impossible to read other customers comments on their Facebook and Instagram posts which should have been a red light for me already. Too bad, such a pity.

Please DO NOT ORDER from this company. Ordered 22 products including Tupperware bread container got a box full of crap. Only received 5 products I actually ordered rest is absolute rubbish. They refuse to send the balance and refuse to refund my money for products missing.. I lost $259 but I am pursuing this with ACP

Ordered large hour glass salt and pepper shakers on the 9th of May cost with postage €20.90 got today the 30th of May what i received was one large powder container ?? NOT what i ordered this is the second time this has happened to me with stumncal not to impressed will not be ordering from them again 😑

The clothes are absolute crap quality, look nothing like the picture, I sent these items back and never heard from them again, out of pocket $400

Items not as pictured. I tried returning but they ghosted me. Website shows a return policy but when I emailed them, they did not respond to my 3 requests for return information. When items shipped, there is not invoice included in the package. Return address on the package shows Meng Zhao 735 Figueroa St Los Angeles CA 90017. It's a scam. Do not order from them.

Horrendous quality of clothing. No even market quality. Nothing like on the models. Ordered £125 of clothes complete rubbish. The customer service is appalling do not want to help and cannot return items!!!
