I ordered a book and never received it

I ordered a book and never received it. Then, I got told that it was an e-book, even though it didn't say that when I ordered it. I tried to speak with someone, which then told me that I was going to receive a follow-up link when the book will be sent (which then, implied that I was going to receive the book). I then tried to access the e-book multiple times, but it never worked.
Very bad customer service + the website is not functional.

Scammers all the way

I ordered a few books 6 months ago, and guess what...I never saw any of my money again. They were taking too long to deliver and cancelled my order, and for months on end, they always replied with "we will refund within 2 weeks", and nothing ever happens. I even reported them to my bank for being a scam. Sprint, don't run, from this company. Filthy scammers is what they are. Oh, and in classic scammer fashion, they are suddenly "shutting down".

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE

Do not order any book from this company. I ordered a book that was so to say in stock in August 2022 however the book was no longer available. I have been waiting for a refund ever since and all they say is please have patience. How long can it take to make a credit note and transfer my money, my money not theirs.

Scam

This website is a scam. Horrible horrible experience. Half of my order arrived right away. The other half got deleted from their system and never arrived. The customer service is a joke, they can give you no information but "it is in processing, please wait". They told me to cancel if I want, but I couldn't myself because of the "error in the system" which doesn't allow me to see the part of my order that is missing. Then they cancelled it for me, but no confirmation on email except the person on the chat saying they cancelled it and to wait for the refund.

Only now am I reading all these reviews and realizing I may never get a refund and I am so sorry I didn't do that before and got f*cked like this...

Buyer Beware: Do not order from studystore!

I wish I could give studystore 0 stars.

I tried ordering a textbook in September, and after weeks of not hearing anything about it, I decided to cancel it. That was September...it is now January 2023 and I still have not received any refund or actual help from studystore.

I've waited on the phone for over an hour, sent many emails over these past months, and it's the same thing every time -- they say they've sent it to the right department and that it will be processed asap. They've been saying that for over four months.

I definitely do not recommend ordering from them.

Edit:

I have also gotten a copy + paste reply, with instructions to reach them by email. Such a joke -- as if I haven't already sent MULTIPLE emails with 0 success.

Studystore should be reported for this, it is not ok and these practices should really be looked into.

This is the worst website ever

This is probably the worst place I have ever bought something. I bought a book in the beginning of September. First, it was very delayed for some reason. I decided to cancel the order since I didn't need the book in the end. I cancelled before it was delivered. I wrote emails and tried to call without any luck. Finally, the book was delivered. I then sent it back to studystore. However, I received the same book again around one week later. I then tried to call and send emails. Long story short, I got email replies every two weeks and was told that I could sent the book back. I did that and received my money one month later if not more. I only got them because I texted and asked when I would receive my money. I would highly recomend anyone even thinking of buying something at this store to NOT do it, as it is one of the worst websites I have ever used!

Delivering books is hard for them, but cancelling and refunding your money even harder, apparently.....

Ordered books on the 3th of september that would be delivered within 2 days (in stock). They did not arrive within 1.5 weeks. Cancelled the order and expected my money to be paid back within a couple of weeks. Turns out after 5 phone calls with promises to pay me back, multiple e-mails and even giving a notice of default, I still don't have get my money back. It has almost been 2.5 months. Worst service ever. Never ordering here again.

You should not waste your time and money by ordering from studystore

I ordered a book and I never receive it. I did not receive any tracking number as well. When I contacted the customer service of studystore after 2 weeks, they said that was supposed to be delivered by post nl and we can not do anything for you. it was the most terrible experience of ordering something online. I lost my money and wasted my time.

Dont order from here

Dont order from here. They dont deliver anything and aftet you cancel they keep your money. I have 5-6 weeks since i am waiting my money back and they still didnt process the cancelation.

Lost package

I ordered a 9 books, but I only recieved 4 ones. And the 5 others are lost. I got no books but they informed me that I already recieved the book. I contacted the support, and they told me to order new books. That was ridiculous. That package costs 500 euro.

Breathtakingly terrible costumer service

Breathtakingly terrible costumer service. I have ordered a book in June, and they did not deliver it until end of August, so I cancelled the order. For 3 weeks I am waiting for the refund. Since then I have sent 2 e-mails, called them around 4 times with an average time on hold of 15 minutes. Not once did they pick up the phone. I am also getting PTSD from that music which plays on hold. I heard it more times than any living creature should.

Worst service I have ever experienced

I ordered some books from this website which didn’t arrive in time. After a week I decided to cancel the order via their website as I had aquired to books in another way. 5 days after cancelling my order (about a week ago) I started getting e-mails that my order had been shipped. I emailed them about this but haven’t received a response. When I tried calling their customer service today I waited on hold for 28 minutes before they hung up on me. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced, cannot recommend.
