Paid £12 extra to have a hard copy of my certificate sent to me by post and it never arrived. I contacted the company via email and they completely ignored my question.

I have a partnership with them. They took my electrical courses and they didn't pay anything for a complete year. They also don't respond to my messages. Avoid these scammers!

Terrible After Sales Care
The content on the courses are good but is as well as useless with the certificate at the end of the courses. The link to order the certificates does not work and I had no other option but to email advising on the matter. Into the second week from my email I was forced to send another email as I still hadn't heard back from them. A couple more days later I received a reply with a short apology with a different link to purchase my certificate.
The link only allowed me to order the PDF version only for £12, if I wanted the printed (official) version I had to pay an additional £35. I only wanted the printed version. In the end I decided that I would just settle for the PDF version. I paid the £12 yet I am still waiting for it to be simply emailed to me. The ordering does not allow for the learner to advise on the course name so I had to send another email and still, I have heard nothing.
This company seems to be more than happy to take your money for their courses however on completion it is an extremely difficult.
