This is a scam. The owner’s name is Oscar and his direct number is +1 (818) 647-2962

There is only one person and no production company behind this website. He stole the plugins and relabeled them. If he swindled you from your money and didn’t send anything call or text his direct personal number and let’s catch this sucker.

Scam website. Their refund policy guarantees a refund within 30 days. However their customer service Maria has been saying its a lie and they do not give refunds.

Introduction
- Fakes reductions with timers, fake shopping notifications. Packs are so much expensive for their quality even with "reductions".

I buy "ULTIMATE CREATOR BUNDLE" for 27$ (200$ without reduction, but its fake reduction its always 27$) It's not realy expensive but when you see attentively the content of pack, it's just scam.

Packs
- Transition are horrible to use and visualy bad and not pro (displayed value 250$)
- 1947+ LUTS are not bad (i have 1967 exactly)
- The contents of the pack "ANIMATED FONTS BUNDLE" FOR 40$ OMG WTFFF are litterally in the description : 4 pack of extremely bad letters pack.
- Lens flares and VHS overlays is not realy good but that correct
- Sound pack is sell 40$ but the displayed value on the pack i bought is 200$ ??? Again fake price
to make me think it's a good deal. So this pack is cool but definitely not for 40$ (10$ max)

Conclusion
It's not totaly scam but you can find realy better contents for less expensive

Don't bother buying from these scam artists.
I've been asking them for the past month to send me my +4000 transition pack bought in May 2020.
If you get the files, save them somewhere because it's going to take months for them to send you the files again.

Between dead WeTransfer Links, support team taking +5 days to reply, sending the wrong files, and the crapy excuses of "You've reached your download limit, here's a 20% coupon to buy more of our crap"
Just don't bother. They burned me, took my money and now ignore me.

If you go through their community posts, others are claiming them to be scam artists too, that their LUTs are stolen and pirated, that the products don't work, and that they actually a fake LLC business being run from Pakistan.

If you do order, the company name and website on the PayPal receipt is called Oura Media LLC and their website seems to be perpetually under construction.
Just don't bother.

There's way better companies out there that focus on their products and their customers, not a money-hungry e-com owner who doesn't care about anything else.

Sucks,doesn't work,do not waste your money

I purchased their Transitions and Luts package to use with premiere pro.

At first it was a little difficult to import into my projects, you would have to find all the content one by one, and sone never worked at all. However, after time spent linking content all up they worked fine, i spent a few hrs fir a couple days playing with them so to get use to them and see how they worked.

The real problem started today 7th nov 2020, the package no longer works, their just not there, they dont load up and when trying to drag them into premiere pro it gives an error message. I have contacted them via their website but have yet to recieve a reply.

This pack does not work on many things. If you make the mistake of purchasing you will regret it. If you attempt to get a refund within days of purchasing they will not reply and will deny your request. Their policy says word for word "We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase. After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs." They've been dodging me since I requested a refund literally 3days after purchasing the package.

I Downloaded their Premiere Pro transitions pack and nothing would work as claimed ... my New PC crashed several times and I had to reset to factory settings to get it to even run properly.... luckily I installed their files on an external drive so once reset was complete I could delete all files from them.

Avoid this bogus company like the plague!!!

Studiosplanet.com: This fake “trademarked” company is reselling transitions/LUTs as their own. Their website has only been up since December 2019 and it is pretty basic. Note, they adjust their name from Studios Planet to Studio Planet or Planet Studios.tv. Try searching for Studiosplanet.com‘s company website with Whois. Notice the website’s body copy capitalisation. English is not their first language. Note the different spelling of the company name in the Facebook Studio Planet description and on their website. They claim to have big brand clients but they have no examples. Their company doesn’t exist and it’s just a front to sell you someone’s else’s hard work. Their Facebook and Instagram (Instagram account now closed) accounts have a few photos to con you to think the are real company. If you a reverse image search of the group photo, it has been used on other fake websites! Note, on the website the “limited time sale” expires in 9 minutes. It then resets to 9 minutes. Note, you’ll receive the content via a email link but to a free file sharing website. You can easily search for the same pirated transitions/LUTs and download them for free. Don’t bother wasting your time and money with them. If you did, change your credit card number soon!
