I ordered a kettle which the delivery driver left in the communal hall. I work from home and he made no attempt to deliver it and it was damaged, Studio acknowledged it was damaged but want me to return at my expense for a refund. Think twice before ordering from them

Iv shopped with studio for a good 30 years now, it's easy to find what you want, they have some really good deals... Iv had some real bargains over the years and would never stop shopping with them. Payments are easy and you can choose a payment that suits to your budget. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of deliveries, I ordered a Hoover twice and both times it got lost in transition and if I hadn't of contacted studio about it, I would never have known, no updates or nothing about it, also deliveries can be quite lengthy on occasion. Customer service was excellent with the online bot and sorted my problem out, so very good service. I've recommended friends and always will.

Now there is buy now pay later much better to be able to aford things

Placed an order tried to cancel the next day before item was dispatched. Unhelpful company and would not give me any option to cancel my order or help. Said I had to wait until dispatched then wanted to still charge me for the £50 delivery and a cost to return the item - complete scam for getting money

Quick delivery and packed the package up really well. You can pay straight away or you can pay alittle each money month.

The items i ordered were delivered within a couple of days, very quick service.
My courier delivered my parcel earlier than expected, fortunately my husband was in to receive it, the items i ordered were good and there will be no returns.
