I will provide overall this…

I will provide overall this "studioempoli" as an excellent platform for leather shoes. Pure and shining leather, excellent customer service and most importantly the craftsmanship is great.. I am totally satisfied from the quality they are providing

Shoes were good

Shoes were good. Slightly loose but fixable with additional sole. Material and finish was up to desired level

The experience!

The quality over the period has deteriorated. The first two pair of shoes which I bought more than a decade ago are still in excellent tip-top shape. Later about five years back, I bought couple of pairs which I noticed were not as good as the earlier ones. I noticed the color of leather on toe vamp gone out in just after wearing it few times even before polishing it first time. After polishing the color/style won’t last couple of hours and looks bad. Further the toe vamp leather was really hard instead comfortably soft. It bites when you walk. I ordered one pair last year through online and surprisingly I found it good!

Product was same what I ordered but…

Product was same what I ordered but size was an issue . Though I called them to replace the size , which they agreed , now I ll be shipping back to get the actual size .
But one thing is marvelous, and that is the follow up by the company. Once my complain was lodged , they keep me updated & rectify the situation. Impressed with the customer service
