I have used Student Tenant for many years and I always find them professional and friendly. Trisha and Jade have helped me as a landlord this year to find a group of tenants. They are responsive and take the initiative to help.

They pestered me for information then when I eventually politely replied they didn't even bother to send a 'thank you' text. So transparently using and money-grabbing. Take the time to deploy the bare minimum of curtesy. The employee who was terribly polite until he had got what he wanted is called Areev Khan.

Trisha was the colleague I spoke to directly and she was super helpful. I have been so stressed out as of late trying to sort accommodation for the next academic year especially as places were going so quickly and Trisha was super accommodating sending me over lots of properties that suited my needs and ensuring to check up on me to make sure I was able to find somewhere!
