The product are very nice. They arrived quite fast. The employees are very helpful and I volved in every single case. There was a slight complication with the delivery, but otherwise I am very pleased with their service and the quality of their products.

They delivered everything that I needed when I moved in. All was well. Great Service.

I bought both a “kitchen bundle” + “bedding bundle” and my parcels arrived at my residence on the same day I placed the orders, I couldn't believe it!! it was great since I got everything I needed.

Kostas understands our situation like no one else; students get rooms with neither bedding nor kitchen utensils and Essentials help us with these "essentials" on time. Excellent customer service, friendly and always helpful.

I ordered the "Dining bundle" and the "Essentials bundle".

The delivery was on time, and the box already in the room when I checked in, which is really convenient.

The dining bundle is ok, the bowls are really small, and the quality is average at best, but I didn't expect more for the price.

However, the essentials bundle is a disappointment. Even though the pillows and the sheets are okay, the quilt is the main issue. It is tiny even though I chose the right size on the website, not warm, and the material is really poor, almost like a disposable quilt.

In summary, even though the quality is not the greatest, the convenience of this service is what makes it worth it and I would buy it again if I had to.

Edit: Updated from 3 starts to 4 stars, the customer service was really reactive and helpful.

They were very helpful in guiding me to the right kind of bedding for me as I have allergies and the down filling didn’t suit me. They replaced it and I find the comfort bundle just right for me. I like how they reached out when I communicated my issues and sorted things out promptly.

I was really impressed with the speed and quality of service from Student essentials and also the excellent quality of the products supplied. The service was also very friendly, personal and flexible-accommodating all my personal requirements and delivery options. Great all round !!

The kit was complete and good quality for the price! I would recommend. The duvet is warm, and slightly short for my mattress but it works. The pillow could be a lit 'harder'.
It did arrive late in the afternoon, but got in on time for bed.

It’s great, but the basic bundle is not very comfortable

easy and convenient service. The products arrived on time. Easy payment. I got the luxury bundle and the quality of the fabric could be better for this price. Also, the duvet blanket is a big too big for my taste.

White linen is not very practical and more options other than black would be desirable for the luxury bundle

Too expensive; the covers are too hard and hence uncomfortable.
