Horrible Experience, would not recommend
Enquired about a property, they said they will call me shortly. I have called them upwards of ten times. Mostly their number is busy or they say they will call me soon which never happens. Horrible service. Get your accommodation from somewhere else.
They even called me to take down the review lol.

My consultant, Anjali, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful with every step of the way and answered all of my questions promptly.
I was in quite a panic, but she made sure I had options and a final booking.

Professional service with genuine helpfulness
As an international student, I didn't know much about finding a place to live in the UK. Things became easier when I joined a webinar hosted by student.com. It helped me understand the different living options and how to choose the best location. Especially, a big thanks to Shristi Shah, who went above and beyond what I expected, showcasing not only her professionalism but also her genuine willingness to help.
Initially, I was able to secure a truly comfortable student accommodation, thanks to Shristi's guidance in finding a place that was perfectly suited to my needs.
Then, something came up on my end that stopped me from going ahead with my booking and needed to find a new place with cheaper rent. To complicate matters, I couldn't cancel my booking right away because it was already beyond the cooling-off period. Luckily, Shristi was there to help. She swiftly contacted the property team and facilitated a tenancy transfer to another student. I think this is one of advantage of working with an agent like student.com. They can talk directly to the property team to sort out any issues with bookings.
Overall, I am satisfied with their service which shows high degree of professionalism and genuine helpfulness.

Me and my friend got ourself into quite the predicament. through a misscomunication, we though our university would fix our accomodations for us. We realized way later than we should that this is redicilous and we need to find something available as quick as possible. Finding the accommodation

My booking experience was incredibly helpful. I only had about 3 days to find a place to live in order to attend school, and Muskan Seth, the person helping me, made sure I got what I needed. They sent me alternate options in the times I had to wait and reassured me I would be helped to the best of my ability. They communicated quickly and helped me get the booking I wanted. Give them a raise tbh.

Custom support does not respond on requests. Dubios booking and business model, which is not very well explained on the company website. A telephone call is not possible due to the catastrophic english knowledge of the service employee. Can not understand that any VC is invested in such a failure of a company.
