Having now implemented StudentCRM in a third organisation I can still say that it is one of the best systems around. I initially used it in HE but having moved to an FE institution I have now successfully implemented it here too.
It is so easy to get started, the implementation is so simple compared to other systems i've used, we were using it within a week! It has all the functionality needed to improve student recruitment processes from initial enquiry to enrolment and some great features that I haven't seen in other products.
A year on and we are already seeing the benefits with increased open day bookings and conversion and increased applications!

I am a developer and my role is to integrate Student Record Systems with third party applications such as Student CRM. I have done 3 integrations with Student CRM which have all worked very well. The reason it works is they have an excellent API Layer along with a sandbox for testing. The online documentation is accurate and as such, I rarely needed to raise a ticket. In fact the only time I had a question I got a super quick reply and I was back up and running within the hour.

We used student-crm for a number of years and they have been great for managing a range of our Student Recruitment and Marketing activities. I particularly appreciated the regular updates to put more control in the hands of the users, as well as the ongoing improvements to the event management tools. Customer support is also excellent.

I've worked with StudentCRM for around 5 years now, and our relationship has continued to strengthen in that time. We're in a really good place with both the team at StudentCRM and our use of the system (a world away from where we were actually!), but that doesn't stop us wanting to make continuous improvements.
Our Account Manager and all the Customer Service Team listen really well to our needs and work hard to resolve any problems quickly. From my perspective, it really helps being able to talk to 'normal' people about technical things that I don't really understand, and not get laughed at when I'm trying to explain what I'm trying to do or my next crazy idea!
The team also really keep up with developments in the sector and are releasing new features or suggesting better ways of doing things all the time. Being able to put feature requests forward as a client is also a huge help, as are the user group meetings where I get to share knowledge and ideas and network with others using the same system.
I love working with you guys, thank you for allowing me to challenge you as much as I do!

We had an inhouse CRM, with form builder in my previous job (Local Government). Which was just a little slow and clunky, so having something just work well is very refreshing.
The help and support from the Student CRM team has been great, and this may be one of the first livechats that has been a pleasure to use!
