Great all round experience
I like the easy use of the app, its very simple to follow and understand. The process of booking the ticket was also very quick and all the details were correct. I received the ticket quickly and I was kept up to date by StubHub and the seller.

Bad Bunny London
I loved my concert (Bad Bunny) in London. Where it does get dicey is that you have to have a lot of faith in the system. Getting tickets hours before you have to leave on an international flight to that concert is not for the faint of heart. There’s a silent prayer that you are not being scammed. Luckily it all came together and I had an absolutely amazing experience. So good that I don’t think any other concert will ever compare.

Bought two tickets for the British…
Bought two tickets for the British Grand Prix. Have just received an email today stating that they are now fake and that I would be refunded. Great now only 3 days away from the event prices have sky rocketed and now I’m told they won’t deal with extra expenses incurred for parking and hotel costs, meaning I’m now down £200 extra. What a great way to save and spend my money.

Perfect Follow Through!
I bought tickets for Bad Bunny in London. When the tickets were not transferred when they were supposed to be I called Stubhub. They gave the seller two hours to transfer. When I still did not receive them, I called back and spoke to a young man called Oscar. He got me a replacement for the tickets within 30 minutes. I was able to receive them from the seller through Ticketmaster. On the day of the show, the tickets scanned perfectly and were better than the tickets I originally purchased. We had an amazing time! Bought two tickets for the British grand prix 4 day pass - for circa 400. told on the 29/6/26 that the tickets were fake and that they were refunding me as they couldn't find tickets for similar prices. Obviously not when the event is only 3 days away! I'm now down an extra £150 for parking on the days that i was supposed to attend and having to stress about getting tickets at ludicrously high prices. Thank you Stub Hub!

I always worry buying tickets secondhand but had no issues with Bad Bunny tickets through StubHub. Tickets were emailed (check your spam) which probably could be sorted differently as it isn’t the most trustworthy way to transfer, but they were valid and worked fine so can’t complain

Bought tickets through StubHub and honestly couldn't have asked for an easier process. The site was simple to navigate, seat options were clear, and checkout took two minutes. Tickets arrived well ahead of the event with no issues at all — scanned straight in, no hiccups at the door. Customer service wasn't even something I needed, which says a lot. Would absolutely use StubHub again for future events.

Concerned that my foo fighters tickets…
Concerned that my foo fighters tickets wouldn't arrive as the date for transferee was the day before the concert. But the tickets arrived a couple of days before hand. No problems attending the gig. IT WAS FANTASTIC. Foo Fighters excellent as ever.

I bought tickets for the World Cup and I was scammed
I bought World Cup tickets and they sold them to me in someone else's name, and they were non-transferable. It wasn't stated anywhere. I bought them before I even knew if my team was playing there. Now I can't sell them, and FIFA's website says I'M NOT THE OWNER of the tickets I paid for. And they're not taking responsibility! It's a LIE that they have a guarantee!

So pleased to have had the opportunity to buy last minute tickets to see Harry at Wembley.
I opted for Stubhub due to the good reviews and dependability and I was very happy.
Chose my tickets. Paid the amount and had a confirmation straight away.
Daily reminders I would receive tickets soon and by the day before at the latest.
They came through in plenty of time via e-ticket.

BTS concert in Madrid
In the beginning we had a problem with a ticket for BTS concert in Madrid, the seller cancelled the ticket 3 weeks before the concert. Stubhub contacted with me immediately and they change this ticket for another one.
We could enjoy the concert!
