Logo Issue
I was very impressed that I could find a mug with an appropriate logo, also, with the speed of dispatch and delivery, however, I was disappointed to discover that as the person I gave this to is a right-handed person, they feel they can’t use the mug, as the logo faces towards them as they use it, and not out so that everyone can see it.
Maybe whether a person is left or right-handed could be considered as an option when ordering,or the logo could be put on both sides!

I was really upset to pay more than the price of a mug for transport and customs duties. Why didn’t you ship DDP ?

Sadly, we do not have control over the cost of import duties/taxes as this is governed by the receiving countries governing body.
