My Stuart Turner Monsoon 3 bar shower pump was not turning off when the shower valve was closed. I contacted the ST helpline and spoke to Eddie McReadie who asked me to carry out the flow switch diagnostic steps 1 to 4 then get back to him with the outcome. The test stopped at step 2 indicating the hot water pump shutoff magnet was sticking. Eddie recommended to replace the Monsoon Flowswitch kit 31777, which fixed the problem.

Our twin shower pump developed an intermittent failure to operate. On telephoning I was put through to Eddie McCreadie who was very knowlegeable about my pump, told my plumber and myself what to do. I had a Stuart Turner complete spares kit so the item Eddie said we should change followed by a PCB. All is now well. He was very prompt with information and replies

My call was answered promptly and the system recognised my phone number so that the person who answered the phone knew exactly who I was and what I had bought previously. Rowland then answered my queries rapidly and clearly and followed up with a detailed email and a link to the tech advisers should I need it later.

Stuart Turner mains boost product is excellent.
I have had this installed in my current home and previous home to help water pressure.
Today my query about registering my current mains boost was dealt with by Rowland . He was superb and sorted everything out for me.
In this day and age when no one wants to answer a phone call or deal directly with customers it was refreshing to be able to speak to someone at the end of the telephone.
It makes a huge difference to customer services.

I started with a call after the Bank Holiday ( Aug ) and was very impressed with the response by two gentlemen - Eddie and Roland,
Subsequently they guided me step by step to check if the unit gets reset. The conclusion was made very quickly by them that my pump needs to be repaired or replaced by their engineer.

We recently attended Adam’s training day covering Stuart Turner and the wider range of products, and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The training itself was clear, informative, and really well delivered – Adam kept it engaging from start to finish and made sure all our questions were answered.
On top of that, the day was completely free, with refreshments provided throughout and some really useful promotional gifts to take away. It was a long drive from Manchester, but absolutely worth it for the knowledge gained and the hospitality shown.
A very professional and valuable experience – I’ll definitely be recommending the training to others in the trade.

It’s interesting to see the positive reports on Stuart Turner after sales but have to say this has not been the case for me. The shower pump I bought only lasted just over five months before failing. Am still waiting for replacement after 10 days. My plumber- an established guy well known in this area for excellent work - was told he must provide a video of the installation! Aside from whatever this does for relationships with the trade it just adds another layer of inconvenience for the customer. Video has been sent but there is now a bank holiday so the delay will likely run into a third week. All very tedious,
