The Stryda insoles are great!!!! I had constant lower back pain which these soles have eliminated....and my Morton's Neuroma pain.....what Morton's Neuroma pain!!!
I do have terrible plantar fascitis which the Stryda soles have alleviated, it's not completely gone...but that wasn't my expectation. I have had plantar fascitis for a very long time and on top of that, wearing the wrong shoes has not helped....
Over the last 2 years I have spent hundreds on orthopedic insoles which did not help me at all!!!

Customer communication is one of the positive side of this company. Price wise, I think Stryda sole is a bit overpriced as compared with other leading orthotic brands on the market. I found the sole a bit hard but with good arch support. About my plantar fasciitis, I don’t know if it’s getting healed. I have this sole in my usual one hour walk only three times but longer hours on my slip in sandals at home. Hopefully if it improves after a month of using them, then I can give a higher star rating.

The insole provided both support and comfort. Definitely felt the difference.

After several day's of breaking in my stryda insoles I am no longer suffering from foot pain after spending hours on my feet at work everyday. I highly recommend you give them a try as you won't be disappointed.

I now have 2 pairs of shoes that have the stryda soles in them. My feet are loving them.

Very disappointing experience, which is a real pity as I genuinely like supporting local businesses.

I took the time to carefully follow the sizing instructions on their website to choose the correct size. Had I simply ordered the wrong size, I would have blamed myself. However, despite following their guidance, the shoes were not suitable.

I was then required to pay for the return shipping, even though the issue stemmed from incorrect information on the website. This resulted in a waste of both time and money, including the effort needed to organise the return.

Communication was also slow and did not match the stated 2-business-day response time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend.

Updates: After I left this review, the owner contacted me and said he would fix the situation, which led me to increase my rating at the time.
Unfortunately, the final response from customer service did not align with that conversation, and the return shipping cost was ultimately not reimbursed.
Overall disappointing experience.

On my second pair of Stryda shoes now, also use stryda insoles. They've changed my life for the better after years of pain, worsening deformity, and expensive orthotics. In my 60's now, and amazed how well I walked on a recent trip, especially up and down thousands of stairs and steep cobbles in Lisbon, day after day!

I have just purchased my third pair of STRYDA Cork Insoles. Being on my feet for work all day these soles mean my feet don't hurt at the end of the day.

I have psoriatic arthritis and osteo arthritis in my feet . These inserts have helped more than I could have imagined ! Comfortable , affordable and fit in all of my shoes . Next purchase the shoes :)

I've been wearing the Stryda hi top shoes with the slim insoles for a week now & I'm honestly surprised how fast these work. Getting used to them can be somewhat painful as your feet under go changes though it is only temporary & the results are worth it, when not wearing the shoes+insoles after just a few days of wearing them, the pressure throughout my feet is way more evenly distributed & walking is much more comfortable. I'm also able to train at the gym much more effectively & feel the correct muscles I am aiming to train actually working now, game changer.

My dad was suffering pains in feet over years , finally I took my father to see dr Thien Trinh , dr Thien took the time to explain well why he was having arch pain and how to do exercises for the feet, the amazing thing that we did not believe and did not expect that the “STRYDA Soles” which were given to my dad to wear , after 10 weeks of wearing the STRYDA Soles ,his feet pain is now gone, I was so surprised when my dad had told dr Thien that his feet were pain free . "The treatment was quick and provided immediate relief.! My father’s feet are now pain free after the first treatment , amazing Magic STRYDA Sole, treatment and services. . The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly .
Also the custom insoles were measured precisely and they fit great.

Arch are feeling better with the use but heels are hurting more now, maybe I need just Arch support only and don’t need anything around or underneath my heel..

I have tried these for one week. Slow introduction building up wear time as suggested. As a nurse I am on my feet all shift and walk lots. So incredibly no foot ache or pain under my arch after wearing for a full shift. This troublesome problem led to me purchasing the insoles. These insoles are initially firm underfoot but offer terrific support for my arches, fit into my current work shoes well and I will continue to wear them. They have definitely helped so much in such a short timeframe. No pain or aching tired feet to date. Very happy with my purchase, thank you so much.

I can't walk barefoot without pain and have had expensive custom insoles made every few years. Stryda gives me exactly the same level of relief for a fraction of the cost. Really comfortable and much more hardwearing than my old flimsy custom made insoles.

The Stryda Soles Comfort cork insoles provide the support my feet need to walk painlessly and has helped improve my posture. I have flat feet and had pain in the metatarsal area. These insoles have made a huge difference and I now have 5 pairs for different shoes. I remove them after wearing the shoes to give them a chance to air. They do not cause smells, even when I wear the shoes without socks. Highly recommend!

Thien is very helpful!everytime you asked he answer..he make sure that you're happy and make progress on his products..the insole helps a lot and makes the pain dissapear on your feet..wore the insole for a week and work 10 hours on it..stryda is helps me to get back on my walking routine..it tooks me 2 days just to break in the insoles..highly recommended.

I had serious PF in my left foot, and my enjoyment of triathlons was in doubt. I am now on my fourth pair with my PF under control (I can now walk barefoot). I have been able to do the necessary training and complete in two Ironmans and numerous long courses with them. Initially, they feel a bit firm, but after a few weeks of wearing them, they settle in. They are pretty sturdy and will get easily 12 months of running. Tick of approval from me.
