Scam casino
As everyone on the forums writes, I can confirm that Betwest is a sadistic scam casino. It belongs to the company Nova Forge.
All email communication is handled by bots. No humans.
The live chat function doesn't work.
My experience:
First, I deposit €50 via Paysafecard, and it only shows up in my account after 8 days.
Then I win €375, and after 5 attempts, they refuse the payout.
They only reply to emails after a week, and it’s just standard copy-paste messages.
After few weeks after i said i will contact their license, finaly a human answered. They pay me out only the middle withtout explination.
Then i am so stupid for deposit again 30€ and i am able for a freebet 30€ , stated in the rules ( i show you the screenshots below)
Clearly for everyone there is written that the minimin bet was 10€ and what they do? weeks and weeks they ignore me and sometimes they write ' sorry but minimum bet was 10 '
of course this is a trick of abuse.
They are lackeys for a known scam company, Nova Forge. They run 50 casinos. Never play here. They don't have a license, either.
I will never get the €350 I won.
