I recently purchased a theme from StrivioTheme, and I have to say the customer support experience was absolutely incredible. The support person assigned to me went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. The problem is not related to missing plugins, incomplete demo import, or third-party plugin conflicts. The theme was installed on a clean WordPress installation, and the required plugins were installed as instructed.

The error I encountered is a critical memory exhaustion error triggered directly from the Elementor widget file included with the theme, which indicates that the theme or its components are consuming excessive server resources. My server already has a PHP memory limit of 1536M, which is significantly higher than the standard hosting configuration and should be more than sufficient for a WordPress theme.
Despite this, the theme still fails to load properly and generates fatal errors.
Additionally, while the response suggests that support is available, my experience has been that practical technical assistance to resolve the issue has not been provided, and the issue remains unresolved.
When purchasing a premium WordPress theme, customers reasonably expect:

A product that works on a properly configured server

Compatibility with common WordPress setups

Effective technical support when issues arise
Unfortunately, the theme in its current state does not meet those expectations.
At this point, I am simply requesting either:
A working solution that resolves the critical errors, or
A refund, since the theme is not functioning as advertised.
