After a bad experience with previous accountants, StriveX has restored my faith. I know exactly who I need to speak to around each area of my business and I know I can always get time if I need to talk things through. Shout out to James and Becks in particular.

I’ve been with this accountancy firm since incorporating my business almost two years ago, and choosing them has been one of the best decisions I made when starting my business.

When I was looking for an accountant, I wanted more than someone to simply do my accounts. As a new business owner, I wanted a firm that would support and guide me, explain things without all the jargon, and be approachable and down to earth rather than feeling like a stuffy traditional accountancy firm. I was originally recommended to them by another client, and I’m so glad I took their advice.

There have been a few changes of staff along the way, but I genuinely feel like I’ve hit the jackpot with Alex, who has been looking after my accounts for the past year or so. She’s incredibly approachable, patient and always happy to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. I honestly feel like I have a friend rather than just an accountant!

As a new small business owner, there have been A LOT of firsts, and I’ve probably asked Alex more questions than I care to admit. Nothing ever feels like a silly question, and I always feel supported rather than embarrassed about not knowing something.

Most recently, Alex helped me navigate getting a business lease for a car (another completely new experience for me) and she supported me every step of the way, making something that initially felt quite daunting much easier to understand.

For me, that’s what makes a great accountant. It’s not just about getting the numbers right, it’s about having someone you trust in your corner who genuinely wants to help you and your business succeed.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team, and especially Alex. Thank you for making the financial side of running a business feel so much less intimidating! 💜

Wow. They are like that annoyingly perfect family you see on socials, then when you are a client you join it. And you are annoyed at yourself for being part of something so cute, while simultaneously feeling a lot of relief at the efficiency and copious supply of skilled and charming people who always seem to have your back and make hard things easy.
