Stripchat 

Stripchat blocked my account and withheld €1500 (27000 tokens ) in earned and confirmed earnings based on an allegation that I requested payments outside the platform. This allegation is false, and I have evidence showing that no such requests were made.

Despite repeated contact, Stripchat has refused to provide concrete proof or a clear explanation and has stated that they are not required to justify their decision. While a platform may suspend an account, withholding already earned funds without proven contractual breach is unacceptable.

I am a resident of the Netherlands and the company is registered in Cyprus, meaning this matter falls under EU consumer and contract law. I am currently pursuing this issue through formal complaints with the European Consumer Centre.

I hope this review encourages Stripchat to resolve this matter fairly and transparently.

The site is a scam, pure an simple. If many of the models aren't trying to scam you the site does. It doesn't work the way it should and when you reach out to customer support, you get a different person every time and the issue is never resolved. When you dispute charge on your credit card they ban you and take all the videos and private shows you purchased.

Reporting people is useless. The modeling clearly has to support it by paypal for months in plain sight so pay on paypal rather than stripchat but no problem since it pays them. Sripchat does not respect its own terms.

After years of professional work and 300k followers, my account was permanently banned on a false "pre-recorded video" accusation with zero evidence provided.
When I requested an explanation, support stated they are "not obligated to discuss, disclose evidence, or explain their actions." My $1,500+ in earnings were locked.
The same pre-recorded video accusation was verified as false on other platforms within minutes through simple live verification (admin asked me to show 2 fingers - passed immediately). Stripchat never attempted any verification.
I have third-party data proving my professional live activity: 108 daily unique tippers, 469 daily tips, real-time interactive devices. This is IMPOSSIBLE with pre-recorded content.
Other reviews here show this is a pattern. Be warned: your account and earnings can disappear without explanation or recourse.

They close your account by their rules. And keep money in account.

They don't protect their customers, you can tip for a promised action using their site, get scammed, and they won't even bother. Talking to their customer support is like talking to a bot, same energy. They will try and explain to you how it's your own fault with reasons that are imaginary and did not happen! The more you try to reason with them with facts, the more you feel like your are wasting your own time with their 'bot alike' responses.

On this website models here have no rules AT ALL. No one controls them.alway they repley "after carefull investigation we nothing found" I saw a model streaming with a baby in the crib. I have turned in the same Model twice for breaking their rules. I'm always told they couldn't find where she broke the rules. I argued their decision and they basically called me a LIER!!!But that Model lied and got me BANNED from her room. They ONLY care about the Model making THEM money!! They don't care about the Customer!!! I will NEVER spend one more penny on their Company!!!

No matter how many times you report users for fradulent or hateful behavior, nothing happens, even with sending screenshots. The user gabor20001 pretended to have terminal cancer and to pass away soon just to get free nudes. He lied and now years later he still uses the site to scam models. You keep him on your website desite the screenshots being sent. That tells me what kind of website you run.

i do not like the way this company treats its loyal customers i have been a member for over 6 years and have had no problems until now recently i was asked to veryfi my age (i am 76 by the way) so find that an insult anyway i tried to veryfy it how they suggested but i do not possess a smart phone so the only way i could do it was by webcam but that was useless because they kept on moving the outline and my face would not fit so i tried photographing my documents but they said they were to blurry i could see them ok but not them so now when i try to reveryfi my age they just block me and i cannot get in touch with them i always enjoyed talking to the models on there and one model inparticular we used to have long chats and sessions but now they have taken that one bit of pleasure away from me and all through some stupid age verication rule

After appealing, no response within 24 hours, and they kept my tokens.
I searched for them at the address , but nothing appears on G Maps. strangely, Street View covers the entire island, but NOT the 100 meters where stripchat.com is located.

I used the site and had many issues with it form the video not working to not getting the video of the exclusive shows and the customer service was shocking.

I joined stripchat about a year ago and I really had fun and loved it. also I tipped many models on that site. Recently I got hacked there and was in cutiepiespanks room.
Please be careful with model you interact on stripchat.

I model on the site and whilst I love it when payers come in and interact, there are a lot of greyed out lerkers that never pay. One example is some of the greys have been on the site for over a year, or ten plus years.

I would love to see a minimum spend especially if people have been on the site free for years as surely as a business you want people spending something.

The option to cam with other models and joint earn would be useful.

I feel the site does need a shake up, because now I have more grey's than spenders and that is not good.

Though I still have issues like not being able to apologise to a model I upset and got banned. I wish that could be corrected but I cant contact to say sorry.

I am writing this to share my extremely disappointing experience with Stripchat. My account was permanently banned without any clear explanation or proof of any violation. I reached out to support multiple times and all I received was a generic message saying they are not obligated to show any evidence or justify their decision.
I have always respected Stripchat’s rules and terms. I have invested my time, effort, and money on this platform and now they have unfairly blocked my account and kept the remaining balance, which I find unacceptable and abusive.
I want other performers and users to know how Stripchat treats its honest members. If they can do this to me, they can do it to anyone. The lack of transparency and accountability is shocking.
I am still open to resolving this in a fair way, but so far, Stripchat has not provided any real answers. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before trusting this company.
