We always send confirmation and tracking details at the time of dispatch. The correspondence may have gone into your spam folder.
Once the order is picked up, it is scanned at the local sorting office, so there may occasionally be a small delay between dispatch and scanning. But it is worth noting that it was delivered within 3 working days, which is the estimated timeframe for Tracked 48. So glad to hear it still arrived on time.

Tennis balls purchase
Prompt delivery
Packaging in a plastic bag, which doesn't give much protection to the 3 tins of tennis balls.
One tin had a small dent at the top but fortunately did not puncture the tin.
A good price.

Great customer service, fast delivery and quality products. I had to change my order so I contacted customer service, which they managed to change it and replies were quick and professional. I used their stringing service for the new rackets and used them this weekend, good quality.
