Strike is the best of the best! They are competitive with spreads and fees, and their DCA feature is a great way to stack sats without having to spend time focusing on it each day. Their customer service is legendary, they truly care about their customers and want to make sure that each and every one is taken care of. You don't have to take my word for it, if you look on their Reddit you can see just how interactive they are with their customer base. They also frequently source opinions from customers on their socials as well, then turn around and deliver exactly what was asked for! There is really no company like them, in a league of their own.

Strike is the best place to buy, sell, and send Bitcoin. They are 100% focused on Bitcoin only, and genuinely care about their customers. I feel very safe using this platform compared to other "crypto" companies.

We have invested all our savings here. Now they are asking to deposit one fee after other. not sure how to get our money back. Eveyone please complain to the police. We did and I urge everyone to please reach out to police, may be we can get some help...

guys are thieves or complicit with thieves. Try to get your investment or “profits” and they come up with one fee after the other. It’s a scam to get more and more money out of you. You will not see your money.

I suddenly can't withdraw my money for no specific reason. It shouldn't be so difficult unless this is really a scam. All the negative comments here are not helping as i am terrified right now. Please i need my money. I never experience this heartbreak with Summus Tenplum! take out is always fast and timely.

SCAM. Lost all my funds. When it appeared I made a large profit, was given the run around and told need to use secondary merchant to get money at 10% fee. When I refused they locked my account along with many others. These people are crooks. This dude name Mentor Hill and his side kick Emily should go to prison.

I filed legal complaint against them, and I was able to get my money refunded back. I encourage all of you who have also been scammed to take legal action against these fraudsters. This is unacceptable. They are stealing people’s money!

Wired 100k into strike it disappeared 45 min later to some unknown bitcoin wallet address, I immediately contacted strike and they told me there was nothing they could do and closed my acct !!! Told me to get bent even tho they have the fraudulent address of who took my money !!! STAY AWAY

Strike closed my account and won’t return the money they had and doesn’t even give a reason.
They are a very bad company to deal with.
They even tried to do an another withdrawal from my bank after they closed my account with them!

On the very first day of properly using the app I attempted to transfer a relatively small amount in GBP to the strike app from my bank account. The transfer did not go through. A day later I received an email requesting that I provide bank statements, which I provided. Then in a follow up email I was asked to provide 3 months worth of payslips. At this point I refused. Not only did I consider this extremely intrusive, I was also not prepared to invest any more effort into a small monetary transfer! In the mean time, while dealing with this BS, I had already purchased BTC on another exchange. After another day Strike returned my funds and closed my account for non-compliance. If they hadn't closed the account, I would have closed it.

Don't use this app!

If you transfer money, it is a roulette whether it arrives or not. You may be forced to spend several days with support jumping through hoops to get access to your transfer. You may well miss that dip you are trying to buy. Awful experience

Same thing as everyone else, closed my account, said they are investigating, won't tell what they are investigating, won't tell me when they will conclude their investigation or will return my money, if ever, despite repeated attempts. You might as well throw your money off a bridge. At least that way you get to see where it lands.

This platform is a disaster, and their business practices are appalling. My experience with Strike trading Platform has been a nightmare. After depositing a significant amount of money, my account was suddenly frozen without warning or explanation. When I reached out to their support team, they refused to provide any details about why my account was locked. All they would say is that I "violated their terms and conditions," but they wouldn't specify which terms or conditions I allegedly violated. Two months passed, and my account remains locked, with no resolution in sight.

So far so good. Used strike since it was available in the UK last year. Easy in and out. I've had no problems. I think if people have issues it's their banks. Banks DO NOT LIKE YOU REMOVING THEIR MONEY FROM TRAD FI into defi. If you don't understand what I've just wrote you don't fully understand Bitcoin. You don't buy and sell bitcoin you exchange fake fiat paper money for the hardest digital asset in reality. Until something better comes along...BTC is that.

If there was the zero star option I would rate STRIKE 0. They stole my money by closing my account and customer service ignoring my arguments for reversal. Thank God for my bank that after a month did resolve the dispute on my favor. Don’t give money to thieves.

I made a wire transfer to strike then bought bitcoins ,,, bitcoin went up so I tried to sell the bitcoins 2 days later but it said acct under review, they don’t reply to emails, my money is gone,, we need regulations, you stupid using strike…..update on Jan 30 strike wired my funds to my bank thus they didn’t steal them. Thank you strike team

they stole my money and closed my account and basically said to try to get my money back via my bank. Ha. criminals.

Update: filed complaint with bbb. Strike eventually got back and returned my funds playing dumb saying they guess i wasnt able to get my money back through my bank. Duh. Would never have seen it without doing this. Still wouldn't recommend them. The 30something ceo hoodie wearing punk is your typical stereotype who imo is a criminal who hasnt had his cohorts turn on him yet.
