We were delighted with our experience of Stress Free Parking - Gatwick.
We had an early morning flight with a young baby; our phonecall was answered almost immediately, uniformed staff was waiting when we arrived; polite, courteous & professional. Upon our return, our car was awaiting us, we were welcomed by uniformed, professional, lighthearted and humourous staff.
We know who we'll be using in the future - no qualms there

Friendly, helpful staff, good directions.we travelled in two cars and they were happy for us to make just one call to say we near. I would highly reccommed it is a very easy way to park.

BOOKING PROCEDURE AND USING CAR PARK ALL RAN SMOOTHLY, BUT DONT THINK THE CAR PARK IS ONLY 3 MINS FROM DEPARTURES. WOULD RECOMMEND

Easy to deal with, clear on directions and in both cases, on time to drop off and collect

When dropping the car off we had to wait 15 minutes for the car to be picked up but on return car was there running and ready to go as we walked out of terminal which is why you are paying for this service. So all good.

Slick operation. We arrived early and SFP accommodated . Return was just as slick as arrival. All this for less than many car park operators. Highly recommended.

Our car broke down the day before we were due to travel and the AA advised we needed to take the car to the garage for repairs before driving anywhere. I phoned the mobile number given with the booking and explained the situation and the person I spoke to cancelled our booking and advised we needed to go via the web site to obtain a refund. Because of the T&Cs we were given no refund because the incident occurred within 24 hours of travel. The we were offered 15% off our next booking - that's never going to happen! Technicalities aside, this is very poor form and the company have clearly gained from our misfortune. We would have accepted a late cancellation fee but taking the full amount has left a very bad taste in our mouths.

Everything from booking on line to picking up my car after my holiday went smoothly without any hitches. All staff we had contact with were professional and friendly. Brilliant - thank you|

Great service even though we arrived at the airport earley we were still acomidated, a service that dose what it says on the tin, I realy is stress free, thanks for a great service.

We were delayed getting to the airport due to road closure, but the guys at the airport were calling us to see where we were. They were ready and waiting when we arrived and checked the car. On our return, we waited about 5 minutes and the car was delivered to where we had left it. Will be using you again!

The service provided is one that I fully recommend. No airport parking hassles or finding your way, with luggage, to and from the car. Courteous and careful drivers. I definitely recommend the service and I for one will be using it again.
