Solar panel was not fit for purpose

Solar panel was not fit for purpose. Contacted company who sent a replacement which was exactly the same.

Streetwise to the rescue

I made an error when checking tightness of components and damaged a part on my Emove303
I reported the incident to Streetwise admitting my error .
Simon at the parts dept came to my rescue and the part was replaced .
So thank you Streetwise and especially Simon .

Can’t get the Sat nav working

Can’t get the Sat nav working, and the date is all wrong. Asked supplier how to rectify and they kindly sent some instructions so will now try.

Great customer service

Got a 2nd hand caravan and part of the wheel.locknwas missing. Contacted customer services and didn't expect a lot to be honest. To my surprise they were able to supply me the missing part again a fraction of the cost of a complete new unit. Not what I was expecting at all. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Highly commended.

Tried to contact by phone email said they will get back so far nothing .I bought a streetwize tracker purchased the sim that was recommended cant get help to get it up and running

I needed a spare part for my twin tub…

I needed a spare part for my twin tub and I contacted Streetwise for help. William contacted me pretty swiftly and got on the case for me. After a few days (detective work on what I needed was also included in that!) I had my spare part, plus a couple of extras! Very pleased with William's help, the lady I spoke to about ordering it and the efficiency in getting the part to me. Thank you so much for being helpful and friendly too! 😊 Kelly S

Had a little trouble setting it up…

Had a little trouble setting it up initially, I consider myself a bit of a techy, but struggled with the SMS part of the set up. SO I rang the number from the YouTube video, got through to really helpful guy called Will, absolutely brilliant guy, who helped me in minutes. Now have it working and think its great.

Excellent Customer Service

I enquired about replacing a small damaged part for my dent repair kit. They immediately acknowledged my issue and a few days later replaced the whole kit. Excellent customer service.

Item replaced

Replacement item received with thanks. Thank you to William for his diligence.
Item arrived with some small screws missing. Started with Robert Dyas and after some time was referred directly to Streetwize. Although William has been extremely helpful and has tried everything we are no further forward. William arranged for the missing items to be sent, but they are the wrong ones. Just missing a few small screws! William still on the case.
