Our Top performing Ad by far. Our team has been struggling to scale for the last year or so. Mainly we tested UGC and TikTok Shop content. We knew we needed diverse content formats and this was a test we wanted to make. They aren't the cheapest option but we had a great experience with the team and the content was worth it.
I was told they would send the first batch of creatives and then, once they got my feedback, they would take this into account when sending the next batch. But I was sent everything at once and told that it was only on the subscription package; they sent them separately, even though I was told otherwise at the time. This left me with some really bad videos I spent $10k on, which have been a complete waste of money. I understand it's a street interview ad and reactions can vary, but the videos we were given were of really bad quality compared to others I've seen, so this was a big disappointment for us, and I would recommend using another service if you want street interview ads.
