Fast shipping, but the delivery company, R&L Carriers, did not respect the scheduled delivery time. The delivery window was supposed to be from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. One of our employees had to stay overtime until 4:30 PM waiting for the shipment.

This company has the full package. It's not just a manufacturing company, they take care of the full product cycle.

My transmission arrived as promised. I am fully satisfied with the performance. Core was received and I was constantly contacted every step of the way.

Fast and easy to order transmission. Core return was a easy process as well.

Our shop had a Land Rover come in that had a sensor issue in the valve body of an 8HP45 transmission causing it to become a "no start" due to the fact it thought it was not shifting in Park. We contacted Street smart transmissions and we were directed to the website to create a work order and then we were able to send the valve body to them. There was a slight delay in return time of valve body which is my only slight concern, but at the end of the day after we contacted them we received the repaired VB in 3 days and it was correctly repaired with no issues and vehicle started and ran great. By using this company we were able to save the customer thousands of dollars versus going to the dealership!(FYI we had it towed to our shop from the L.R. dealership!). Would recommend these guys and use their services again if required too!

I have been installing Street Smart transmission for several years and have had very few issues with them and the few times I did they took care of the problem immediately. They get you orders out fast with no issues.

One call does it all. Gave the make and model of my truck, was told the amount for the transmission, paid it. Easy, pezy, lemon squeeze, just that simple. The core pick-up was just as easy.
The garage that installed the transmission was very helpful on the installation process.

You need a better system for core return. I spend too much time trying to get someone on the phone for core Pickup.
