We appreciate the level of communication. We've done business with other companies that don't email to inform every step of the purchase/return process. Lack of communication causes issues in inventory.

Fast and easy delivery and pick up of the core. I originally ordered a TCM since that was the code the obd was throwing. It turns out even after we installed it it was the tranny. They allowed us to return the TCM and gave us a full refund. They sent us a transmission and it is running great now. Great communication.

Great job very fast delivery to SG&K Auto Repair Center in Sanford Florida.Two days later was call to pick up the vehicle and the transmission worked great. The vehicle was completed 10-31-2025 and so far we have put around 5000 miles on it so far and it's doing great. You can't beat the price I'm very happy with it so far ,like I said no problems at all. THANKS AGAIN

They walked him through some things and the transmission works perfectly. The sales department was great, but the service department was even better
