I bought a pair of trainers off streetlab and ordered a size 9. They were 90£ a pair of asics arctic blue. They delivered a size 8.5. I have tried numerous emails and no response this was last year. The quality of the trainers is really poor and are copies I also stated this in the emails but I have been blanked!!!!!! My order number was #2791

I wholeheartedly recommend this store! The service is top-notch – competent, helpful, and fast. There was no problem exchanging the item for another; everything went smoothly and stress-free. The company is very professional and definitely knows what they're doing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Trainers took weeks to arrive, when they eventually arrived they didn’t fit.
Have emailed several times to arrange refund and even messaged via instagram and had no response from either
Would not recommend ordering from there at all

Bank statement show a dodgy name not a company . Currently disputing this with the bank

DO NOT ORDER FROM STREETLAB!! Ordered a pair of runners on the 24th of June. My order said it has been delivered but it hasn’t! Tracking said it was delivered on the 4th of July!

Still haven’t received my delivery after 8 days. I’ve tried to contact them and they’re not answering.

Ordered a size 4uk in some trainers. the delivery took ages.. received it eventually to which it was not the correct trainer size and they definitely are fake.

Placed an order on 20th may. Got intouch with them yesterday, asked why it’s classed as “fulfilled” when I’ve yet to receive the item I ordered. They responded saying it takes up to 8-12 days to arrive, starting to assume this is a fake site or fake trainers and ordering from China or somewhere haha.

Can anyone confirm this is a legit site selling legit trainers?

Placed an order last week, received an email 3 days ago saying 'order is complete' but still no sign of my product. Starting to feel I have been scammed tbh....

It was easy to buy something online and pick it up in the shop the next day.
