I ordered a poncho for my nephew, got a notification saying it was on back order, I tried to cancel the order in my frustration I wrote an email of course being frustrated it wasn’t great …… instead of a apology and explanation the notification was automated I got schooled on the Tone of my email…… not the fact it took an hour on the site to find product in stock etc…… after several tense emails I received a threatening email from the apparent owner of the company name calling etc …… I went back online purchased a better product with All good reviews ………
Another Aussie male threatening women to shut them up…….
Never ever deal with these nut bags ever again ……

I’m sorry but you did not order a Jack Stillman Poncho from Street Icons - we haven’t stocked them for 3 years! I think your correspondence was probably with Jack Stillman themselves, and yes, they are Australian. Scrotums aside, if the tone of your emails to them was similar to the tone of this false review, I’m not surprise that they were a little curt with you.

over priced postage
i bought the fabric wax & leather cream combo £30 turns out they are £10 each so that means 10 postage for a tiny packet which is a ripoff.
