Ordered a Door Barrier from this company to receive an email saying they have cancelled our order as it was on thier website for the incorrect price and if we want to purchase it again it will be a lot more money! I emailed back saying this is really unprofessional and they should honour the order which had been paid for, they have not responded. I will never use them again im sure this is also a trading standards issue as they have advertised the product on thier website for a particular price which is what i ordered at. Really dissapointed with their customer service

Overall a good experience
Ordering was easy there seemed to be a bit of a delay on the website where it just says processing and a few days later I got a delivery notification but overall price good, bollard excellent and packaged really well I used to make my own bollards from 4” galv pipe I’ll be buying more of these from this company in future

Good service, costly delivery
Bike stands were delivered efficiently and without problems, despite late notice stating 'mechanical handling required'. It wasn't.
Only gripe, hence four not five stars, was that quite a hefty delivery cost of £99 was not advised until the end of the transaction.

The order was revised & additional charges introduced as we are in Northern Ireland. I cancelled the order at that point & asked for a refund but the money has not been refunded.
