The best company in the world because of many reasons but the main one is that today my father forgot the home and the driver brings the home back to my home for this , god bless all the employers on street car company also they come on time they are nice and careful with customers, just I wish you all to go in Heaven

Hello, Khan was so lovely and kind when he picked me up from the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital and dropped me off at Oxford Road Station. 😊

The driver was warm, polite and caring. However the charges was too much £20 from Knowslegly place BL9 0SW to Chalton street Coach Station

My daughter booked a taxi through this company to collect us from Manchester Airport on Wednesday 22nd July 2026. Our flight was delayed. Whilst waiting for our luggage she checked the booking only to find the driver had cancelled it! We therefore had to arrange another taxi to take us home. With the amount of airport bookings Street Cars must receive, it is disappointing to note that they clearly do not understand flights can and often are delayed and people have to wait for their luggage. What is the point of taking airport bookings if you are going to cancel on customers if they are delayed?? Unacceptable customer service, do not recommend and will not be using again.

The driver was friendly and helpful as my wife is visually impaired..

Drivers were prompt politr and I felt they both drove me in a ssfe manner

We booked a car to follow behind a hearse. Yes, it was an unusual request, but we phoned up to make sure it was acceptable and got a firm confirmation and agreement to it.

Then, on the day of the booking they called us 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive telling us that they wouldn't be doing that, they'd overbooked themselves.

If they'd called an hour earlier we could have made alternative arrangements, but nope - they didn't have the decency to provide a reasonable amount of warning!

Taxi arrived in plenty of time, driver pulled up in front of my house, instead of in the side street. The driver was friendly and happy to travel any route I preferred, arrived safely.

Taimoor (488) was a pleasant polite driver, his driving skills were A1 which provided us with a safe and comfortable drive over the A628 Woodhead pass in the earlier hours following the cancellation of our flight

always use street cars, driver turned up on time perfect but this time we were going a very short distance, less than 1 mile as my daughter cannot walk than far, I was told about 4 or 5 quid over the phone, driver charged 10!! sorry street cars one greedy driver has spoilt it...

Our booking was mistimed by the operator so I had to phone twice to correct him. Also kept saying ‘5 minutes’ when it was 11 minutes on tracker.
Driver however was excellent which redeemed the situation and we did catch our train.

Fare was 26 pounds. Gave hin 31 so he could give us 5 back. He ignored it and pocketed the extra 5. Couldnt be bothered with an argument but wasnt happy. Dont assume we are tipping 5 pounds.
