Hi Sparky — wanted to come back with a specific answer rather than just another DM request.
Pulled your order on our side. The service you bought (chat bots) has one hard prerequisite that's documented in the order setup: Twitch's "Followers-only chat" mode must be DISABLED on the target channel during the delivery window. Your channel had followers-only ON the whole time the campaign was running, which means Twitch itself blocks any account that isn't already a follower from posting — including our delivery accounts. From your side the chat looks empty ("no one answers"). From our side the accounts joined and tried, and Twitch silently dropped every message.
This is genuinely on us for not flagging it more aggressively at checkout — the setup note exists, but if it's easy to miss, it's a UX problem and we'll fix it.
Two options:
1) Disable followers-only chat on your channel, message us back, and we'll re-run the delivery at no extra cost — the bots will actually be visible this time.
2) If you'd rather not continue, we'll refund the order in full. No questions.
Either way, drop us a line at support@stream-rise.com with your order ID and pick one. We'll close this within 24 hours.
