Acquistato un paio di orecchini. Inviati dopo 18 giorni a seguito di email di sollecito. Una volta ricevuti non sono piaciuti (non discuto sull'estetica del prodotto, ognuno ha i suoi gusti) e ho fatto richiesta di indicazioni per procedere con il resto: nella descrizione del prodotto sono indicati 30 giorni di tempo mentre nella sezione dedicata ai resi indica 15 giorni... già sorgono dei dubbi, ma poco cambia in quanto non rispondono n'è alle email dirette n'è alle richieste inviate tramite loro sito.

Ho acquistato degli orecchini
Ho acquistato degli orecchini, ben 3 paia su questo sito che pubblicizza cose molto carine ovviamente a tema "gatti". L'indicazione su ogni articolo è che si hanno ben 30 giorni di tempo per il reso a partire dalla data di ricevimento, guardando bene nel sito diventano già 15 ma non dice come fare....ebbene ricevo il pacchetto, gli orecchini sono veramente BRUTTI, fatti con materiale di scarsa qualità e completamente diversi dalle immagini sul sito...insomma brutti brutti. Inutile dire che a scrivere dal sito, 2 volte + 1 mail diretta, l'azienda non risponde ed è sparita e mi devo tenere quasi 50€ di orecchini "fatti a mano" che si comprano al mercato per 3€. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
