The quality is poor
The delivery was poor.
When reaching out to your customer service, they behaved like teenage brats.
Your clothes fall apart in a matter of weeks. Your boots lose their stiching in months and I work in a machine. They don't even get hard use.
Will never buy from you again. Overpriced for a badge

Bad experience- don’t waste your time.
We recently ordered work uniforms from Strauss and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
When the items arrived, the sizing was completely off. The work trousers looked fine in the photos, but in reality the legs were massively oversized—so much so they looked like clown trousers. They would be completely impractical to wear on the job.
We contacted customer services to understand what had gone wrong, especially as we had ordered the smallest leg length available. The response we received was unhelpful and frankly quite offensive, implying the issue was with us rather than the sizing itself. For reference, we ordered a 42 waist in UK sizing, which is not unusual, yet the fit was nowhere near accurate.
We’ve now returned the items and are waiting for a refund.
It’s particularly disappointing because we’ve purchased from Strauss before without any issues, and we were hoping to kit out our whole team with their clothing. Based on this experience, that now seems unlikely.

Strass - Quality products
I have bought a few items from Strauss now, and have found the website informative and easy to use. Placing orders is a simple process. Delivery is quick and I received updated tracking information. The products are a little expensive, but they are of high quality, and so far they are holding up very well. They have innovative designs and practicality throughout the garments. I do think ithst in this case you do get what you pay for, and its worth paying a little more. I like the different colour combinations, and sizing appears to be accurate with the size guide online. Overall I am very happy with the website, the products and quality. I will definitely continue to use Strass for my work wear.

They say will be 5 to 7 working day delivery , but is 10 working day's now and the parcel is not delivered. Changing the delivery company maybe is better for their business.
