We can not understand how something that is ordered, confirmed and paid, and now it appears that is out of stock?! You can send all articles to us, and just cancel the missing articles from another customer’s order, who eventually has ordered and paid these articles after us!?

What a company, products look great but the sizing chart and selection criteria are beyond a joke. It’s appalling. My first delivery wouldn’t even go of my thighs but fit my wife perfectly. Second pair after much discussion with customer services with all my vital stats decided I required size 94, delivered today, no bigger but longer in the leg. Products great but payment and selection are an absolute joke.

Update following Strauss response. It appears you don't get it. Had you done your research properly before giving a response? I did call Customer Services I gave them all my details, they recomended a pâir of trouseres and I ordered. They are smaller that the ones I orginally ordered. I wrote to custmer services again but no response. So far I have spent €200 with Strauss and noting is close to fitting. A size Men 94 is supposed to fit a bloke of 100kg a 36 inch waist. The waist on those proposed by your team are 26 inch at best.

Had you done your research again I sent an email to feedback and called them. This goes to show what a disaster customer service is. Hopefully your representative will now action without delay, acknowledging that your own staff don’t know how the sizing works. Whoever trains or advises on customer service needs training. Still appalling after I suggested you do your research

Spoken to representative - apparently, if you get annoyed, they then give you 20% there actions drive ours. Hopeless customer service

Talking to customer service earlier you have a system of escalation, despite your mistakes you only offered to refund postage and pay for postage to return goods. When I called and got a little agitated then stage 2 kicks in and you offer 20% off. Not really acceptable but we need to move on. What you have created by your process is only offered compensation when pushed. Really unacceptable and poor Customer Service. I’d love to speak with somebody who listens and apparently I have a Manager calling me tomorrow. I have no hope, but let’s see. You have my number you call me as I’m just a customer!

Sent the conversion table file from UK measurements the file is called sizing chart Men’s. When you open it there is one reference and that Ladies, it’s just not clear. The size I was given was Men 94 apparently on the sizing chart Men is 54 so the larger the size the smaller the number! This is mind bogglingly dumb.

I have placed an order but the tracking number isn't working at all. I have tried email and everything but they are not responding. I have tried to contact DHL because I have already paid everything but from DHL are telling me there is no such a tracking number!
