Frustrating experience, I never managed to place an order, no help from the company
I have heard so good things about the products of this company, so i wanted to make a purchase. Unfortunately, i never managed to do it. When i placed the products in my cart and attempted to enter my address, there was a message, stating that products cannot be shipped to my destination. I checked their website, my destination was included. So, i emailed the company. There was a reply that i should try again with a different address in my country, because the address i had used might not be eligible for deilvery (which was not the case). I did try to use various addresses, from different cities, no luck. I emailed again. This time, they replied that i did not enter my address correctly, but no other help as to what i should do. Again, i tried changing the format many times but no luck. I have purchased many items from various companies in UK or USA, never had a problem. It was really a frustrating experience because the company did not help at all
