Having just moved house we got several quotes before settling on Strathclyde Windows. Their quote was competitive but what convinced us to go with them was the fact that Alan wasn’t pushy, explained our options and made some helpful suggestions - we really felt he knew what he was talking about. The actual fitting took a half day longer than expected but this was down to difficulties in removing two of the old wooden units. The fitters worked flat out, and left the place very tidy. Down the line we plan to have more work done and will go straight to Strathclyde Windows

Great service and honest pricing. After trying a few different companies who tried the fake discount and hard sales pitch we finally came across Strathclyde Windows. Direct, honest and let the quality speak for itself. From initial enquiry to final installation I've had a ***** service.

Had 7 windows and 2 doors installed by the company. From the first phone call to the surveyor to the installation,I cannot fault the company. Being in the trade as a decorator. The tradesmen used were first class. Knowledgeable,courteous and clean working.cleaning room by room as they went. As a company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Scott and William fitted my new windows, completed on 1st of April, couldn't have asked for more, guy's clean and tidy,, would definitely recommend this company.

I recently had 16 windows and a new glazed door fitted by Strathclyde Windows. This included 11 vertical sliders. The service was fantastic, from first enquiry through to fitting. Alan and Gordon were easy to work with and really supportive whilst we decided which company to go with - not pushy at all.
Andy and the guys who came to survey then fit the windows were absolutely first class.
We're delighted with the end result, and would thoroughly recommend Strathclyde Windows.

Needed new bathroom window and had excellent service from Strathclyde Windows. Was kept informed troughout the process of ordering, manufacture and installation and everyone involved was professional, friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Very pleased with end result and would recommend.

I helped my mum have her widows replaced by Alan and his team. The installers were polite and respectful, cleaning up after themselves, and the windows look lovely.
There was a small area of damage to the window after installation, but they came and fixed it right away.

Second time have had windows fitted by Strathclyde Windows and again very happy with the results. Scott and William did an excellent job, very professional and tidy. Gordon, Alan and Alex also great to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again for great job.

We have recently had 7 windows and a door replaced by Strathclyde Windows.
From start to finish Gordon and Alan provided excellent customer service. They took time to explain products without being overbearing and displayed an in depth knowledge of the industry. They furnished us with a very competitive price and kept us up to date with our order. On the day of the installation the team arrived promptly and completed all works to a very high standard within the day.They were neat and tidy and took care to clean up after themselves.
We highly recommend Strsthclyde Windows if you are considering replacing windows and doors.

I was recommended Strathclyde windows by a family member and I have to say my own experience has been 5*. From the initial consultation with Gordon to then meeting with Alan and install by Mark and his team has been faultless. I was also looking for a custom made piece of glass for the redesign of my porch and Alan went above and beyond to source the product and at the best possible price.

Windows,back door and composite front door fitted last week. Look really nice.
From initial meeting, measurement and fitting of the product I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and courtesy from all the team members.
Guys who carried out the fitting were hard working and thoughtful. Carried out job with consideration and very little disruption.

Gordon called very quickly and gave me professional, impartial advice. I have to say he was one of the few extremely helpful and honest people I have dealt with.

Phoned this company requiring a repair. They could not provide a resolution but went out their way to find someone who could. They did not have to do that most other companies simply said no. Excellent customer service, despite not actually being a customer !

Really great company, from quote too supply and fit. Everyone was great to deal with and really happy with end product.

The whole team at Strathclyde Windows were brilliant and I'm really happy with the job that was done (4 tilt and turn windows).

We were at no point left in the dark about the installation timings which made a massive difference.

I also really appreciated the fitters taking the time to explain exactly the process they were taking to installing the windows. They were extremely friendly, efficient and left the place exactly as it was!

Fantastic company to deal with & Alan & Gordon were great . Throughout the process they were professional , engaging & there was definitely no hard sell at all. I had 5 quotes for 11 windows & 2 doors from various companies & decided to go with Strathclyde Windows & so pleased I did. The quote was extremely reasonable & Alan even suggested not fully replacing the back door but updating it at a very reasonable price. Andy , Stewart & the whole fitting team were professional , hardworking & so clean & tidy , I trusted them & just let them get on what it & they didn't disappoint. They completed the work in 2 days. I would highly recommend Strathclyde Windows to anyone & thanks to the whole Team , well done.

We recently had all our windows replaced (9 in total) by Strathclyde Windows. We got 3 quotes, and Alan gave us the most competititve quote. There was no hard sell.
The company is run by Gordon and Alan. Both are attentive and good communicators. They are very professional and courteous, as was the installation team of Andy and Stewart. The installers had to battle the elements, but ended up doing doing a high quality job. The finish was good, and they left everything clean.
There was an issue with one of the windows, and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
I would definitely recommend them.

We have recently had our windows and doors replaced by Strathclyde Windows and are absolutely blown away by the quality of the windows, the workman ship and the service from the beginning.

I initially called Strathclyde windows and it rang out as i had called to late after their closing time. I was extremely impressed by the receptionist who had clearly checked the missed calls from the night before and called me back. She was lovely and got me booked in

Alan came out and gave us great service from the get go, he measured up and talked us through the whole process. Our job was a big job (23 windows, 2 patio doors and a front and back door)

We had concerns about the time it may take and the upheavel. Alan reassured us that this was not a concern or a worry we should have.

The lead time from order to the fitting date was very good even with a slight delay due to inclement weather. However Alan kept us upto speed every step of the way.

The job, amazingly, only took 2 days. On the first morning the 8 fitters arrived at 8am sharp and had the vans emptied and everything prepped ready to go. They were extremely patient and understanding that we had to get the 3 kids ready and out for school.

Upon entering our property they were extremely respectfull and placed protecrive sheeting down on all of our surfaces.

We were amazed at how quick the old windows were out and the prep work was in play for the new windows going in by mid morning.

All waste was removed and the fitters cleaned everything upon completing each room and hoovered everything up. All the team were very friendly and happy to answer any questions through the process, especially Mark and Monkey (didnt catch his real name) 🤣 who were leading the teams and very approachable and made the process very easy. The rest of the lads and apprentice's were very professional and worked hard throughout. A great group of lads who really know what they are doing and are an assett to the Strathclyde Windows team.

Both days were seamless and they left our property like you wouldnt even known they had been there. (Apart from the new windows of course)

We were blown away by the finish, and have had countless compliments about the kerbside appeal it has brought to our property.
We were also very happy with the overall cost, as it was half the cost of the big high street names for the same products.

I can honestly say that for a large job like this, it was not the upheaval we thought it would be.

We have now recommended Strathclyde Windows to friends and they have went ahead also.

If your considering upgrading your Windows. I strongly suggest you dont go elsewhere and get Alan out as soon as possible.

I had 16 windows to replace in a traditional tenement top floor flat, and knowing what i know now i wouldn't go anywhere else other than Strathclyde Windows. Not only were they very competitive on price, they didn't compromise on quality. The installation was quick and conducted by Scott and his team very professionally, they really know their business. Scott's attention to detail, knowledge and obvious skill has resulted in an awesome set of windows that's transformed my flat. What impresses me most of all is the solid build quality, and that my gas consumption is already a fraction of what it was.
