Best souvenir from Edinburgh
I was on holiday in Edinburgh and fell in love with a Strathberry bag, the staff in the Edinburgh store were so lovely, helpful and gave me all the information I needed to purchase my beautiful bag and have it sent to my home in Australia, it actually arrived home before I did. This is my favourite souvenir from my time in Scotland.

Beautiful quality
I bought the nano tote in green and loved it so much i then bought the mosaic nano in caramel. I've had a lot of bags of this price range in the past but the quality of Strathberry is something else. The packaging is also really luxurious. I'm pretty sure this won't be my last purchase

Excellent Service for Custom Replacement Strap
I ordered the Mini Tote in Burgundy Croc in the summer, and it originally came with faulty stitching in the crossbody strap, so I reached out to customer service to get a replacement strap. They were friendly throughout our interactions and placed a special request for a strap through their workshop in Europe. I have just received the new strap, which is in excellent condition, so I'll be looking forward to wearing the bag with it. Thank you to Strathberry for the top-notch customer service. This is the kind of differentiator that will make me a returning customer.

I visited both the covent garden and Burlington arcade stores. The associates were so friendly and kindly helped me narrow down to my purchases. A special treat is now collecting the store scarves. I have two bags and two unique scarves. I’ll have to make my way to Scotland one day to collect another.

Information was not freely offered to me at Burlington Arcade
I didn’t realize there was an upstairs until I was on my way out after paying for the bag. I was never offered the opportunity to see other bags upstairs or told about the special that was running. I overhead the other consultant telling other people as I was paying. Then I asked about the discounts they had.
I took the bag I got because I was specifically looking for it but on reflection I should have requested a bag that still had all the stickers and covers etc. The consultant stated that he removed the stickers to present me with the bag but I’ve now wondered since the upstairs fiasco and all the other information not being shared.
Other than this I love the bag - it is beautiful. This rating is for the experience in the store in Piccadilly.

Poor Customer Care and timescales
Returned a handbag which was acknowledged received on the 20th August with a timescale of 10 days to process return. 23 days later had to contact customer services and received an ai response that this would be looked at and someone come back to me. 4 days later still no update or refund.
When ordering, items marked as in stock and paid for delivery within 2 days. Items were a present to take away on a holiday 5 days after ordering. Items delivered 7 days after ordering.
If timescales are quoted to customers then basic customer care and service level is to meet those timescales. AI customer services responses are no substitute for a human being actually addressing a customers complaint rather than compounding a complaint.

The Victoria St. store was so beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had an excellent experience and walked out with my dream bag! My sales associate even took the time to teach me how to braid my silk scarf.

Beautiful Bag, even more beautiful in person! Ordering was easy and quick, and it arrived in just a couple of days. I had originally ordered it and accidently charged it to the wrong card. I was able to cancel immediately and reordered the bag with the correct card. No issues at all. This is one of those bags that you carry year after year.
