Personal service with excellent results! Eliot reached out to me with a random email and I don't usually respond but the fact that it would be hosted with 100% renewable energy really caught my eye as a business that is very conscious about it's impact on the planet. We got chatting and I was a little nervous as the price was higher than I was then paying and I do like to be in control of these things. But Eliot put me at ease, he is really personable and I felt like I was joining a team rather than just being another customer.

The results on my website speed have been excellent, we had some teething problems at the start but they were dealt with super quickly. As an ecommerce business speed and up-time are so important and Eliot ensured that disruption would be minimal during the transfer.

My Google Analytics data speak for itself with my bounce rate down significantly and the time people spend on my site greatly improved. A fast website is such a must in this day and age!

Eliot has been really helpful hosting my website, I needed lots of things changing as my business was going in a different direction. He changed the pages I needed him too very quickly. Always there to answer questions. I get monthly updates for what is going on (I don't understand these but I'm sure he would explain if needed). In all he does what I expect - keep my website up and running.
