Website is easy to understand and navigate...I say this because I had never ordered webbing, which is what I needed, before. The prices were great so I took a chance. I did have a question before and after I had ordered. Although there is a customer service number, the two times I called I had to leave a message. Both times I was called back and the associates were very pleasant, clear, solved the problem and just a pleasure....the only little tiny note is that it takes a day or two before you get a call back.

The website was easy to navigate but there was absolutely zero ability to figure out what each material was as far as thickness …they had a description about the strength of material,but for a belt for your pants, strength doesn’t really matter. I wanted to know how thick the materials were because several years ago I had already bought their product and forgot which styles I got…and they were a little bit on the thin side… if you got the tongue on the belt and pulled it to tighten it up while you’re doing things, sometimes it would flip in the D ring and get sideways, so I wanted something a little thicker. I even wrote to the CEO and no response for about three emails …on the fourth email I was cussing and he finally responded only to tell me I shouldn’t cuss. He never answered my question so I still have absolutely no idea what to buy. I’m standing here with a fistful of money ready to buy some product and the CEO would rather lecture me from his ivory tower with his purple hair and his septum piercings and ear gauges rather than to come down to earth with the people with the money and explain to them what they’ve asked about. I asked him to respond and answer my question because there was a sale that only had a few days left… he failed to understand my question and lectured me that it wasn’t his fault that I was in a hurry and that’s it was my fault for not managing my time correctly. I tried to explain to him my management of time was dependent on him giving me an answer so I could catch the sale BEFORE it ended. I don’t know how someone can get to be a CEO and not comprehend basic English, and not have a good business sense to try to make a sale and then not answer customer questions…. but I figure it’s Oregon and we all know Oregon’s already on a downhill slope to hell.
