Used Strand Framing for the first time recently for two custom frames and mounts and I am very impressed with their service. The frames were made to the exact specs given and the turnaround was very quick. Will definitely use them again.

Amazing company - tried out their new framed canvas prints and was very impressed with the quality of the product.

Got the framed 8'×10 canvases. The canvases were badly stretched, half didn't include the wedges to further stretch, and the hanging mechanism is awful. Won't be buying again.

I cannot not fault this company, from the large selection of products available, to the ordering process and on to the actual delivery. The products were amazingly well packed and delivered within 2 days. I am so super happy with the quality of the mount kits that I received, I later went on to order a consignment of double sided tape and a dispenser for same. Best investment ever! The whole experience was second to none, I feel I was looked after well which means a lot. I will be ordering from Strand Framing on a regular basis and have recommended others to do likewise.

I ordered cards from Strand Framing and was blown away by the quality. The print was immaculate and the quality of the card was just fantastic. The pricing was great and customer service was brilliant too. I’m full of ideas for my next order and delighted to have found such a reliable company.

Unlike all these other great reviews I cannot concur. Ordered 2 boxes of presentation frame mounting kits only to have the order cancelled. On trying to contact the company to ask why it had been cancelled by both email and text I got no response whatsoever, no option to phone them as they say the phone number is voice mail only. I have had my money back, still with no communication, I have used the money to purchase the products needed from Hoopers framing up in Derry, I have used Hoopers before and never had an issue, I don't expect one either this time with what is a straightforward simple order.

Received my frames and were exactly as described. Very competitive pricing. Nothing to dislike and look fabulous. Even arrived earlier than expected. Will definitely be using again.

Just received my first 'test' order from SF, after they were recommend to me by another artist friend. Had to jump on and leave this review. So I ordered 18 frames to see if they were good enough for me to use for my work and to stock my stockists with and I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of frame, 100% will order again. I also ordered their 'mount pack' which is also fantastic. Credit where credit is due, I'm really happy with this order, plus, it was shipped early and received 24hours' after I got a confirmation and shipped with DPD who are imo a really reliable delivery company. SF are a very Impressive company.

It is my first time ordering frames and mounts from strand framing and it certainly will not be my last. I was really impressed with their customer service and quality of their product.
Prior to purchasing I emailed to get advice on the correct size of mounts/frames and received a really quick and helpful response. The frames arrived within the expected delivery time and they came exceptionally well boxed and packaged, I am so impressed with the the quality of frames. I am delighted to have found an Irish supplier that I can use going forward which are reliable with products that have an excellent finish and standard. Thank you strand framing- I will be placing another order soon!

Hugely impressed with the service i got from Strand. Ordered 5 frames, all different sizes but part of a set and could not be found locally.

Exactly what i ordered came two/three days earlier than expected and was packed impeccably, in fact i'd safely say they would have survived a nuclear explosion.

I love my frames and pictures and will certainly be using strand again and will recommend them to all family and friends.

I generally don't write positive reviews because i always expect,at the very minimum, companies to do what they claim to do, but this was above and beyond.

I've had several orders with Strand Framing and they have been fantastic to deal with. The quality of their frames and mounts are excellent and I always receive orders in a very quick turnaround.

For one particular order, I had incorrectly ordered a product. I emailed customer service and got a really fast response from JD who dealt with my issue without any problems.

Recently purchased some frames & picture mounts from Strand Framing. The frames were of excellent quality and offered the best value for money online. I received them on a very quick turnaround which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend using their services.

I recently ordered two customized mounts from Strand Framing. Given the glowing reviews on this site, I was stunned when the order arrived. I asked for both to be in cream – one was and the other one was off-white. There were two backing boards for the cream one, neither of which was cut to size. I had to cut one myself to fit. These boards were clearly rejects that had not worked for another cut. (They each had partially cut openings in them.) The edges of the boards were jagged. One corner of the off-white mount, as well as the backing, was damaged.
I emailed JD but have got no reply. The order cost €23 including postage - an expensive mistake! I would not recommend this company.

I placed an order with Strand Framing after being badly let down by another company. I was quite wary as it as a large order but Jd's lightening speed replies to any email I sent put my mind at ease. Their website is very user friendly, prices are very good and their dispatch speed is just incredible. My order was placed late Sunday evening and Friday morning 9am a courier was at my door with my parcel. Thank you to Jd and all at Strand Framing for making my life easier, for being a 5 star company and I look forward to doing business with you for many years to come

Very good communication, perfect service and the final product made to order was excellent.

I made a relatively small order for picture frames during the busy Christmas period and was told there could be a small delay due to level of demand . However my delivery arrived ahead of schedule in mint condition. Was very satisfied with the level of service from strt to finish and would definately use these guys again.

I have only been purchasing from Strand Framing for less than one year, but have todate not experienced any quality or delivery problems. The current products I am purchasing from them are photo Adhesive mounts that are of the finest quality.
Their online selection software makes it easy to pick your products, and order them, right through to payment is excellent, they also follow up with good emailed communications with regards your order and expected delivery times.
