Completely substandard work

I had to work with this company through Springer Nature multiple times already and every single time the work returned by Straive was substandard, sometimes they even introduced new errors. Nobody checks the AI-generated slop they simply copy and paste and nobody cares. On top of that they want you to respond immediately, even over NATIONAL HOLIDAYS but then take MONTHS to reply.
I truly wish academia had the back bone to tell Springer Nature and Straive to stick it and took their business elsewhere. I wouldn't accept Straive services even they were free.
