Customer service agents useless

Customer service agents, who come up after their bot has failed to help, and was about as bad as the bot. They don’t even have the decency to say they can’t help and keep stringing along the convo until they, at some stage, give up and ghost you. Really pointless.

No customer service

In Glasgow Silverburn their self service c/outs in this store are a pain we struggled to get the security tags off 4 products and the two girls just stood there not offering to help until we had to ask and at that there was no smile or sorry or even have a nice day , I did mention good old customer service doesn’t exist in this store when walking out ,the two girls just stood there stoney faced and shrugged their shoulders, I know it’s not their fault that the self service are a pain , but a bit of offering to help would go down well and a smile would certainly make a difference, train you staff in customer service

Don't BOTHER WITH PETITE JEANS IN STORE

So went into their huge Belfast store with tins of space.
But they can't be bothered to have any PETITE JEANS in store, just told look online..like we dont care about petite customers...don't bother us..

These huge stores cater for every other size but just dump PETITE online ,why ?

Why ? What's the excuse.
Are we not customers too?
Is there not a rack they can dump at the back with petite jeans, like other stores doo ?

Stradavarius dont care ..

Even their staff have told me how it is for other petite customers....

Sail rail items priced wrong

Went to the Liverpool One store and several items were all priced wrong at £12.99 on sale rails. Informed staff about it and they just shrugged and said they were priced wrong and the items were actually £29.99.

My order has not arrived

My order has not arrived. I can not get hold of a human at customer service, just a bot who tells me if it's been more than 7 days I should contact royal mail. However it is stradavarious responsibility to sort this out, royal mail says to contact the seller. Literally don't know what to do. Nearly £60 spent and no order has arrived. Never ever order from this company or any company under the zara umbrella.

Thief’s in the warehouse

I Purchased 3 items online, the sizing was totally out so returned all items (2 trousers, 1 dress) After paying for delivery and again for a return, they only refunded me for the 2 trousers. Contacted customer service and they stated the dress wasn’t in the return. I stated that I returned it and the advisor was not interested and said no refund will be issued as the dress wasn’t returned and the warehouse had confirmed this . He failed to give me any details on how to escalate it further!!!!!!!!! I should NOT be paying for an item I returned!!!!!!!!
AVOID at all costs. Clearly someone in the warehouse is stealing items!!!!!!
