Enjoy writing things I haven’t
Discussed with my daughters.

I gave Storyworth to
my mom. She enjoys most of the questions. We were surprised a platform for older people required a log in and password. She doesn’t remember her password and gets frustrated. We didn’t realize we would also need a password to read her stories .

The process was straightforward and easy to understand. I wrote my content in each story or chapter, but did copy and paste a few that was seamless.
The ability to have each story proofed was a big help, though you still need to check your edits as suggested. It was easy to add photos and resize them as needed, and add captions which was helpful.
The FAQ's are helpful, and, when I reached out to a customer service or support rep for any questions, the responses were fast and helpful.
I fully recommend this product. I decided to do my book in color, and am so pleased with the result.

Weekly entries are great! Topics help to think of a story. Can't wait to see it all completed when I give to me children for Christmas!

Good service and end product was very nice. I found it difficult to edit and change things on the last review before it went to print so there was a few type-o's that I would have liked to have deleted but couldn't.
Otherwise very nice.

It's nice to make a written (& photo) record for my daughter and her daughter.

Each weekly topic causes me to pause, remember, and write. I remind myself of the past, both good and bad, about the topic. I find myself writing a lot more than I thought I would.

This is such a great way to gather stories from your loved ones in a really unique way. I’m learning stories from my mom that I never knew and it’s opening up fun new discussions.

The weekly questions gave guidance to the writing and the stories. It was amazing how once I started writing, the memories just flowed. I got to the point where I would lay in bed the night before, outlining my next story. The proofreading feature made for a professional product. It was fun to do and a proud accomplishment.

Such a marvellous thing to take part. Brilliant memorandum. I personally find it cathartic .So glad my daughter signed my me up for it. Problem is once I start writing I find it difficult to stop . I really enjoy it so much .

I may not choose the Question of the week but I like the options.
I do find that I repeat memories that are more relevant to other questions that come up but I do manage to edit a bit

I like the thoughtful questions, but, honestly, if you don't like to write, this can become arduous.

Sounds like a good idea, but be careful what is included. My mom included a story about payment methods back in the 1940s (before credit cards). Whoa. StoryWorth didn’t like it. I had to edit the story out of the publication before ordering the final volume. It seemed harmless to me since it was life back then, but the powers-that-be didn’t like it, so it couldn’t be included. Be careful. **Note that after my review, StoryWorth ended up including my mom's writing about life before credit cards. I appreciate their prompt follow up. I'm chalking this up to a one-off AI logic error.

I was pleased with service in several important ways. Support was there when I needed it. Questions were answered in a timely manner.
The support was not intrusive. No extra communications.
I am planning to continue with another year.
Highly recommend.

This has been a deeply personal and provocative experience. As I got more into it I realized how impactful this could be - not only for my family to read but for me to write. In the course of completing the questions as outlined, I experienced several serious personal setbacks and losses of loved ones that made many of the questions more impactful and emotional to write. These personal experiences affected me deeply and I was concerned about getting behind in writing my stories. Thankfully, several compassionate Storyworth employees were very empathetic and their understanding encouraged me to persist. I look forward to finishing this.
