Very easy to write the stories and add pictures.

Overall I am pleased with Storyworth. The process of writing and submitting my stories was easy. The book looks really nice, although there were some mistakes throughout, with some punctuation issues and a few words missing. I can live with it, though.

I love to tell stories. And I love to write. Storyworth is the best of both worlds. I feel like I'm passing on some lore from my generation to my children and grandchildren. I hope they enjoy them as much as I enjoyed writing them!

Was grateful for receiving this as a gift for Mother’s Day from my son. Got the brain working remembering my childhood and putting my memories of growing up into words to pass on to my son and family. Hopefully they will understand my upbringing compared with the way life is today.

The coaching questions are very helpful to get started.Don’t worry about grammar , spelling, etc, when finished your Story, select proof writing and errors will be corrected.
In addition all questions suggested do not have to be addressed and you can add your own question.

I am impressed with the Storyworth company; I wasn’t sure I would like to do the book, but I actually enjoyed the process very much. It was a gift from my daughter and I found the process pretty easy to do. I would recommend it!

Fairly easy to navigate. Would like to know that you can save a draft before clicking to delete draft. Would like more flexibility of how to lay out photos on a page(e.g. two or three small photos in a row, or right or left justify a single photo on a page. Otherwise great!

It is the best gift I have received in many years. I have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and I am
Losing my memory progressively. I could remember some things but my wife took the lead and remembered stories we have talked about for the past 34 years. Reading these stories are a real treat for me and bring me to tears almost every day. I appreciate having these memories written down so I can keep in touch with them. My daughter was so thoughtful to have decided this would be good for me!!

The questions were thought provoking and I loved adding photos to my book to make it more interesting.

I found the editing process to be difficult and there were pictures that I wanted to remove because they were duplicates, but that was hard to manage as well. So the finished product wasn’t exactly as I had hoped.

Easy to navigate and fun to write about my life.

Although I had encouraged my mother to write about her life (she was coming of age during the "great recession", was a newly wed during WWII, and lived in several over seas cultures including Africa and Europe behind the Iron Curtain) she never did. And I was not interested in recording my much less interesting but still varied life. My daughter had been urging me to write for several years. Then she purchased a Storyworth option for me. Frankly, many of my memories are painful and I have avoided some things. But my children tell me they do appreciate the things I am sharing. So for them I am pleased to have this prodding to share my memories.
