Chinese Uncovered from Story Learning is a great course and is definitely helping me become more fluent in Mandarin Chinese. As they say there are 4 markers for levels of fluency: 1) speaking, 2) listening and understanding, 3) reading and 4) writing. The Uncovered course helps with all of those. I recommend the Story Learning courses to anyone wanting to learn a new language.

StoryLearning by Olly Richards is a fun way to learn a language. This simple yet effective method helps language learners acquire a new language the same way they acquired their native language, through the power of stories. Learning felt more natural and effortless for me and I felt more confident speaking in my new language.

I am so impressed with the fact that the teachers still monitor and answer the community comments and questions four years after they made the teaching videos. You don't pay anything for this ongoing instruction. Your initial investment keeps paying off!

*UPDATE* I did sign up in the end but due to the initial issues I had lost interest by this point - however, i have revised up my rating from 1 to 3*

The website is full of heavy sales pitches on almost every page. You can clearly see the creator is more interested in making money than wanting to teach you any languages.

Given the extortionate prices things shouldn't be this difficult.

I'd try Pimsleur instead.

The Begginer Italian course is great but then there is a big dcecline in the teaching quality when you get to the intermediate level.
The method is good but its just a shame that the high standard of teaching is not consistent throughout the course.

Really good customer support. I only wanted to use the free trial, but I got the full experience with lots of supplementary emails and material. The owner is also on youtube.
